I've argued this point with every game that has a time speed adjuster. It's affecting your reality, not just the game. If you played Sims, Simcity, Crusader Kings, etc, you know.

My father told me that when he was a boy he had to remove his tonsille too but in his little town and at that time tonsillectomy consisted in grabbing tonsille with medical pliers, pull them off and then give you a popsicle... Im forever traumatized i cant even pull a bandaid without cry

I feel so called out right now. I’ve been sleep deprived all day because I started playing the sims last night at 11 for “one hour” and didn’t realize how long it’d been until the sun came up.
My game takes about an hour to even get into the main menu. I usually start booting it up, go make dinner, eat, take a shower, come back and it's still loading. Super frustrating. I don't even have that many mods installed. ☹️
It takes me atleast 2hours or so to make sure my sims is perfect to my liking…. then I get in the game by the time I do that it’s time to sleep😂😂😂seriously I’m like “ I just started”
