    Flawless.
I don’t like to talk about music because it’s a much freer branch of art than it can be described in words, but I would like to say a few words about the pieces:
Pieces 1 and 2 got an almost completely new character. Classical guitar music is more present, and the very distinctive style of Marek Pasieczny has stepped back a bit.
Piece 3 is the closest to the original solo version.
Part 4 is more prominent in jazz or blues, just as part 5 is more dominated by jazz. Here the samba was pushed into the background a bit.
In the 6th piece, in addition to Lyle Mays, there seemed to be more Pat Metheny (which I am personally happy about)
And part 7 has become much more lyrical.
Of course, all this is just my opinion after the first hearing. I'll listen to it a few more times.
So overall, it’s still impressive, but the solo version is closer to my heart. But maybe it’s just because I’ve heard it so many times.

Laszlo, very well spotted! Yes, Lyle's Maze has now much more Pat's vibes (indeed)
Some of them like Milonga, Afro Samba has absolutely new character, new themes. Some of them like Waltz, Blues been equally distributed between two guitars.
I personally like how Ballad and Milonga evolved on two guitars.
Once again, very well spotted, Laszlo. You have great ears, wide great experience! Thanks!!!!

Kiedy się wydaje że nie można już zrobić większego kontrastu.. Nadchodzi nowy.. Jeszcze większy i mocniej ckliwy i się przeistacza. Nie no brak słów.. Jaki duet jaka lekkość...

My musical interests have always been Jazz and Classical. I have been fortunate enough to have seen Miles Davis, Chet Baker, Dave Brubeck, Stan Getz and Pat Metheny to name a few. I am 10 minutes from the summer home of the renowned Cleveland Orchestra. That being said this newly minted material from Marek Pasieczny and partner in crime Krysztof Petech, is a home run that takes in both style and sounds combining to give a whole lot of great music. Thanks as always MP ! ps- Take this on the road. !!!!!

Impressive how you have created a second part which extends the scenario and offers another perspective. Wonderful how your brain works Marek! Your level of creativity is far beyond our beautiful instrument! ❤

Hi Blaise, thanks for stopping by and listening! Wow such a kind words! Funny enough, when I was writing solo version, I've never thought about version for two guitars. Yet it sounds integral for two guitars (I hope so). Thanks once again!

Such a great set, the solo version was already excellent but this really takes it to the next level. Is the score for this version available for purchase?

Marek hurts. Very precisely hurts desire to do nothing. Instead of repeating his own success and supporting laziness he just keeps some parts close to the original and other gave new shape. That is cleverly brave. You can destroy this delicate structure. Both sets have its own point of gravity and somehow I like this duality very much. And milonga…. I would like to write something like that and benefit from it a very long time.

*for those who reading comments: Tomasz is the person who commission solo version of this set. Without Tom's solo commission, duo version would never came into being (!)
Tomek, thank you as always for your 'out of guitar ghetto' fresh look! It's fascinating to read through your (musical) point of view. Also thanks for your kind words! BIG THANK YOU!
