Thomas Frank may be RUclips's laziest millionaire. As a productivity RUclipsr, he sells Notion templates and averages six figures every month. I sat down with Thomas to talk about how he tests his ideas on platforms like Reddit and Twitter, how he makes over $1M+ every year, and the advice he has for creators on how to work smarter, not harder. He also co-founded Nebula, a creator-owned content platform.

Good interview. Thomas has been working on his business for a long time and deserves all the success
Yess he's the goat 🐐
Thomas is an OG in the productivity community on RUclips. I hope he starts uploading again on the main channel because I actually don't use Notion, I am more of an Evernote/Google Keeps guy.
Yup he is uploading on his main channel again
You should switch over to Notion ;)
Too complicated app. Not straightforward as the others.@@birkelandmedia
Great interview. Thomas knows his SEO - talking about keywords and search intent in blog posts. Awesome stuff.
Jon thanks! As usual I learned a ton from your guest and your questions. Your sequencing keeps the interest high and I love it!
So glad to hear it!
I've heard of Thomas Frank before in the Notion space but never really dived into his content. Will do so after this video though, like how he approaches his business and def liked his take on the 1% rule. 22 min spent worthwhile, thank you.
Really great interview. Was always very intrigued about how people like Thomas Frank approach creating his videos. Thank you. Also great work Jon in asking the right questions to get some excellent insight.
thank you! Appreciate you tuning in
Damn Thomas is built like a UNIT 😅
Hahahha 😂
Such a great perspective!
fantastic interview
🙏🙏
Great interview
Thank you so much!
The Hook is catchy you got me interested 🔥
thank you! Thomas made it easy with his great answers
I'm a new subscriber. I just watched both your Danny Duncan videos and I'm about to watch your ex you tube employee video. I subbed after realizing your unique experience and because how well you are articulate and kept me engaged. Glad I found you bro man keep up the good work 👌
Dude thank you! Appreciate you watching the videos and joining our community, we have a discord as well where I’m even more active if you’re interested: www.created.club
Ps love your username! Big Yes Theory fan
I love this interview!! The 1% rule is such a great way to stay motivated and get better each video!
Thanks Rubize!! Yeah it's such a great rule
The camera angles are super funky. 😮
It's rule of thirds, but also gives them space to add graphics beside them. I like it!
Love Thomas!
he's the best!
Here for this, I’m going to use that thumbnail tip, thanks!
Amazing! And thanks for watching :)
Something about Thomas Frank makes me feel that he doesn’t have a soul
⭐I would rather call him GROWTH HACKER
Love it! Crazy guy!
@6:15 *solve problems
Jon, I know you like to iterate. This was a good video, but the in-video ads for Uscreen and Grammarly disrupted the video flow. This style of ad will hurt your channel in the future. I think it's an area creators should really look at.
Let`s go!
appreciate all your great work on this one 🙏
i think every one has their own way to success on youtube i guess...👍
Absolutely 💯
STINKYTWINKNERDZ !!!
Too bad you can’t make this kind of money in gaming
Being a RUclipsr is like a business. So if you want constant growth, views and subs (and then the success), you need to give people what they want. Same like businessman offers products or services that people need. Tough part could be starting your channel (Honestly the most helpful thing for me was that I used a little bit of Famester after friend suggested it). It really helped to kick start my channel, and the best thing is that it also works for other social media platforms, so I am not only tied to RUclips.
Seems to be working.... you've 49 subs on YT
Honestly I think the angle of the video didn't worked. Nobody wants to meet a lazy millionaire. "This RUclipsr made X [money] with X followers - Thomas Frank Interview" maybe would've been more interesting. If you need someone to brainstorm with you hit me up :D
