Sub7 Fitness Thank you so much! 😍 but they aint that big irl im just a pretty good poser 😆 I havent even gymed 1 year yet and im pretty sloppy with my routines! Traps are the most fun for me 😲😻
For years, I had nagging shoulder pain despite face pulling and pull aparts. Been doing with 4:33 before each pressing workout since the video was released and the pain is almost completely gone. Great stuff.
Jeff, your comment about merely focusing on the upper traps and the muscle imbalance, rounded shoulders and posture problems this creates describes serious issues I've been trying to deal with for a very long time. Many thanks for sharing your knowledge and doing it so articulately. I wish you all the best my friend!
Jeff, we've had 'Sore in 6' and 'Size in 6'... now can we have 'Stretch in 6'. How to stretch your back after the perfect back workout, how to stretch your shoulders after the perfect shoulder workout etc. Your videos on stretching have been great but i'd love to see a short little routine that I know I can do at the end of my workout to help me stretch effectively and reduce injury.
Stretching doesn't reduce the chance of injury, look it up in Scientific Journals. If you want to reduce chance of injury, focus on training muscles that always get neglected eg. Lower traps, serratus anterior, rotator cuff muscles, glute medius which are the BIG ones that people don't target enough. When you load your muscles and get them stronger, they're more resilient to force and thus less prone to injury.
I had a lot of tension headaches coming out of my middle trap area. The modified face pull took care of it. No more pain, no more headaches, much better, and bigger back. Thanks for putting the science back into fitness jeff.
Dang, that was sensational! Everybody talks chest, shoulders, legs, etc, but nobody discusses how to train your traps, yet just looking at Jeff you can see how well they make your back look. As a deadlifter too, I'm going to be including these for sure as they will help keep the back/shoulders from rounding over during a max pull. -Subscribed and notifications turn on, Thanks Jeff
