- U2 closing out the 39th show at Sphere Las Vegas, with bandmate Larry Mullen Jr. and Lenny Kravitz in the house watching!
'In HALE" GLORIA!!!
Latin for "Glory"
Larry's head nods to the beat like he was behind the kit!!
Helena Christiansen is in the House as well! Развлечения
A Larry sighting is a beautiful thing!
Hope he is on the improve and back playing soon.
My son is there, going to the finale tonight!!! Just spoke to him, they knew Larry was there, how wonderful! Thx for sharing this moment.
Looking forward to seeing you perform again Larry. Amazing that you could be there. Without the drumbeat there is no life. It's like the heart of a mother. The heart of the music.
This is magnificent 😊 👌👍 luv u2 and Larry make a speedy recovery mate ❤!
WELL THAT MADE ME CRY LIKE A BABY!! QUICK RECOVERING MR. LARRY MULLEN JR. THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AWESOME VIDEO 😊 🩷 🤘 ✌️ LOVE YOU U2!! KEEP ROCKIN IN THE FREE WORLD!!
Wow amazing!! Thanks for sharing.🤩🤩
Good to see that the bodyguard of U2 is in the house. The U2-Train goes on! Love, light and peace. The Vertigo Hunter.
Miss you sugar. .. … ….
14:40.
¡Our Larry! 😍❤️🔥
Hello, you are awesome and I appreciated your time on posting this. Larry is also my favorite drummer as well as Bram(I love them equally) and this made my day. Like me, when I left early whenever I felt unwell or just overwhelmed, I believe that Larry left early because he was unwell, overwhelmed or need a bathroom break or any personal reason. I'm also hoping he returns fully recovered for the next U2 tour.
Thanks for sharing, Larry 😊
I was there February 15th!!!!! At the Sphere
Good to see Larry there. 😊💗
Larry is recovered, happy, U2 forever!😊
His foot is in a moon boot
This whole video made me cry💜💜
Larry has chosen Bram to temporarily replace him. Bram did a great job just the way Larry wanted to see and hear.
U2's best feel good song - love it! Perhaps because it IS the sphere, but odd to see a rock show with the lights up?
They should bring back Magnificent in the set!
One of my favorites
Pretty cool that Larry will be able to now say that he attended a U2 concert as a spectator. I doubt the other three will be afforded that opportunity.
Also Lenny Kravitz in the house!
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I wonder if it’s weird seeing the song you’ve drummed to on stage for nearly 25 years by your own band, a song you helped write, but this time in the stands.
As a working drummer…I’d say very much so!
The greatest Irish fuckin lad, the man who gave us our first ever job and tries everyday to keep us in it. Our very own James Dean ☘️
Seeing gucci, and lenny kravitz as wel i think?!
Yeah
En esta casa se apoya a larry
And Lenny Kravitz shook his hand!
Must have been very strange for him to be sitting up there watching the band play without him.
Where's Larry?
At 1:33...The couple next to Larry Mullen Jr. humoring themselves, they didn't even get Larry in the photo, what are they celebrating?.lol.
Just because they didn't take a photo with Larry they are doing it wrong? lol. Let them enjoy their night.
😂
I might get flak for this but I just don't think U2 are the same live as they used to be, don't get me wrong they are a great band, suppose it's just with them getting on a bit
I went to several Sphere shows; they were amazing!
Lenny Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz near Larry )
Larry Mullen the beginning of the dream. ❤️🔥
Why?
....is Lenny near Larry?
Guy Oseary in the box as well-he manages Lenny.
Sorry, what does "Lenny" do these days, other than make appearances like this?@@selenesimonson9930
Really really want TOOL to do this venue
I knew larry wasnt well but bloody hell you would have to be in a coma to not be able to play u2' s tracks
His foot was in a moon boot
The fuhk is Lenny K doin there
Still wringing the towel from that one hit in the 80's.....hasn't had a new song since then? :)
His there with his girlfriend, Ana Paula Valle.
He's there with his sunglasses, also managed to get the lady in.@@carolinegarrick5081
Lenny toured with them on the 360 tour for some of the legs, and who knows, maybe the guy likes U2? Why *can't* he be there?
Just sayin'....he had a couple of radio hits in the 80's, but nothing since? Bands like U2 continually evolve and progress, but LK just seems to be milking the past. And please, LOSE THE SHADES, it's so yesterday!@@GTTeancum
Non mi piacciono queste registrazioni a Sphere
Bono’s voice is completely shot. 😢
I disagree but even it was...this isn't an easy gig.
No, not at all. What are you talking about?
He has done 40 of these shows since 29th September! He’s 63.
Give him a break!! He sounds great to me! And I was there in person at the February 15 show! It was awesome
That’s crap , I have seen them 3 times on this tour and his voice has aged but still sounds amazing. Case in point, So Cruel, what a song .

Well, it’s weak and out of tune…something I’ve never heard before. Last time I saw them, he sounded great. Maybe he’s emotional, because of Larry Mullen, I don’t know. Listen to it with a good pair of headphones. ✌️
Talented people notice the difference without Larry playing. It’s just not the same. The style and spirit and heart in his playing IS U2 !! God bless you my drum brotha ! Praying for you today ! A speedy recovery!! 🙏
Yeah you can notice the difference when you already know it's a different drummer. No need to he "talented".
"Talented people notice the difference without Larry playing"
Don't make me laugh.😂 Have a little bit more respect for Bram. He did an excellent job.

Stupid comment. Typical. There are lots of great drummers. It’s got nothing to do with that. It’s about who you fit with. Larry’s style goes with U2 - the same way Ringo goes with the Beatles. It’s got nothing to do with Bram being good or bad. Get a clue folks. Get a clue
He is not in the right place, isn't he?
Larry aint coming back, dudes... sorry 😑
Larry in the audience?
So, it is NOT a beautiful day
What a dead crowd
Overrated.
Must how been such a rush of conflicting feelings for the guy. Bittersweet in the extreme. And also bloody embarrssing to have folk looking at you just to watch you respond to what's happening and not be involved onstage. Chuffed he went. Bet he didn't miss those gigs too much though. U2 shouldn't be a fairground experience, nor tourist attraction. Roll on whatever's next.
U2 have had their time and yes I know them personally and have worked for them. They are good-hearted people that are very generous to all around them, but big money changes you no matter what people say.For me personally, they became far too commercial and their song production and composition became just like a factory process, especially with hired musicians that are not credited much.600 trucks,200 personal, two different stages sets, one up one down at any one time, for me I just wanted to stop the ride and get off.Being in U2,even being remotely part of U2 can just suffocate a person. For some people there is ONLY U2 its almost like a cult, but their time is up,if Larry is clever he should just walk away, because at the end of the day,it is a job and a very exhausting one too.
Their time is definitely not up yet! The Sphere shows were great and hopefully Larry is on the mend.
@@selenesimonson9930 Well some people are esily entertained,I grew bored of them after I worked on their tours.
@@bodybuddha-t1d I respect your point of view.
Booooooriiiiinnnng!
