  • How to make a healthy soy flour bread recipe
    Excellent bread made from soy flour and wholemeal flour with added hazelnuts, which adds an extra nutty flavor. Try it, like, and comment!

    Ingredients:
    150 g soy flour
    150g wholemeal spelt flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1tsp dry yeast
    2 tbsp olive oil
    300 ml warm water
    1 tbsp honey (optional)
    100 g hazelnuts (optional)
    Preparation:
    First, chop the hazelnuts and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
    In a large bowl, sift the soy flour, add the wholemeal spelt flour, add salt and dry yeast, and mix everything together.
    Then add honey, the first half of the chopped hazelnuts, olive oil, egg, and lukewarm water. Mix everything well with a spatula and knead it into a dough.
    Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, turn on the oven to 200 °C.
    When the oven is preheated, place it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
    Take the baked bread out of the oven and cool it on the cooling rack.

    1/2 cucharadita de sal marina
    1 cucharadita de levadura seca
    2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
    300 ml de agua tibia
    1 cucharada de miel (opcional)
    100 g de avellanas (opcional)

    150 g de farine d'épeautre complète
    1 oeuf
    1/2 cuillère à café de sel de mer
    1cc de levure sèche

    Can you omit the spelt? In keto

      Hi Anita I haven't tried it in the keto way, but maybe try it with almond flour instead of spelt flour, add 2 eggs and reduce water to 200-250 ml. 😀
