i would say more shame, those sad notes are more disappointed as he feels garou is his responsibility and the way he turned out was due to poor training (remembering martial arts especially in japan are heavy on morality training and using your skill responsibly)
Bang's theme shows complaints about Garou but Bang is somewhat ready to forgive if Garou leaves the evil path
