I work in a gymnastics club and can't tell you how helpful this will be for her progression. Few tips for the bar to do her back hip circle, jump up to the bar first then big swing back with both legs, try and keep your hips to the bar might need georgie or Darren's help to get over. Love you guys if you ever need an online session I'd love to help her!xx

There's 12 years between me and my little brother (I'm 25 and he'll be turning 13 at the end of the year) and we've always been really close and like best friends! Big age gaps can be quite hard at times, especially as we're both in very different stages of our lives and want to do very different things, but they can also be really awesome most of the time 💜

as a gymnast this will be really helpful for her!! hope she does well at the competition! i recently broke my ankle before a regional qualifier and couldn't compete so I really hope she doesn't get injured along the way! also a few tips, I think she should get into strengthening and conditioning to make her stronger, i started it at her age and it made me a better gymnast! love you guys!

Mia will do great on her driving test! I remember when I took mine, I didn’t know if I’d pass either, but taking driving lessons really helped me. The lady was very impressed, especially with my parallel parking, and I passed on the first try. I’ve been driving for two years now, and have had no driving accidents or tickets, not even a parking ticket.

Hiya! Level 8 gymnast here. I ha e some tips for sienna, . With the springboard, if it’s got springs do a little run and jump .beams are hard if you practise on some tape on the floor the do your trick on the tape and stick it on the tape about 10 times then try the beam! Hope it’s useful
