I have a question, in ISO 9001:2015 Annex A.4 it says that "risk based thinking will assist in determining the extent
of documented information" could you explain how risk based thinking could assists in documented information ? Thanks in advance

Redar Hamadamin don’t get caught up in too much documentation. You are over thinking it. Ask your team what documents they “need” not what you think they need.
      Keep it really simple.
ISO 9001 is about delivering great products and services to your customers. Not documents.
So here is the question ..... what documents do you need in your organization so you can give great service?
