So glad to listen to Seamie about time he started getting more praise. A big fan of this jockey. That was some race to watch she was so tough. Racing at its best

Great race mare, but fair play to jockey Seamie Heffernan also. He is such a grossly underrated rider and plays such an important part in the success of Ballydoyle and Aidan O'Brien. He's had a number of great big race successes himself in the past, those his seem to go much more quietly under the radar without the same kind of fan fair that Ryan Moore often gets. A few that spring to mind immediately are his ride on So You Think at Sandown against Ryan Moore when he overhauled and defeated Workforce to win the G1 Coral-Eclipse Stakes, and who can forget his two rides in America on Highland Reel when going to the front, rocking both fields to sleep, and putting both fields on the stretch from a long way out in winning both the G1 Secretariat Stakes at Arlington Park and the G1 Breeders Cup Turf at Santa Anita. Yesterday's ride on the gritty and gutsy mare Magical wasn't half bad either.

So good to see Seamie getting credit for being the fantastic jockey he is. Your analysis of his career shows that. He's the best super sub in racing

Ghayaith is like man utd before bruno Fernandes, you cannot use one tactic of pace, "catch me if you can" it catches up with you eventually, thats what happened here, Ghayaith was not given space to breath

Yes, it wasn't Ghaiyyath's best form. He probably had an off day. It seems he's not the sort of horse who can run a blinder every month, like, say, Sea The Stars or Highland Reel. Mind you, Armory ran to a very high standard, and Sottsass is top class, as I expect we'll see in the Arc.
I presume Ghaiyyath will be freshened up for the Breeders Cup. As for the Arc, I don't see much between Love and Enable, and I won't be surprised to see Enable do it for the third time, as long as the going doesn't turn too soft. I thought Serpentine, Stradivarius, Sottsass and Raabihah ran very good trials at the weekend. I wouldn't be put off any of them.

@@OfficialMuffiin and that my problem and why imo yes he is a top horse but not the best he needs everything to go right for him to win the real class horses past and present ie enable stradavarius sea the stars Frankel managed to win when things didn't. And you have to remember yes he bt enable magical Anthony van dyck and stratavarius but 3 of them was 1 run of the season and the other obrian said she was carrying condition

@@OfficialMuffiin sea the stars arc is the perfect example of a horse in with everything went wrong and he still won in a canter when let out and I'm sorry for gaiyyeth to be only rated 5 pounds less than Sts is a joke
