A timeless charisma! To see « The Cure » is of course to see a group whose great years are far behind. However, it is also seeing a group which despite everything remains at the peak of its charisma. Robert Smith almost still sounds like he did 30 years ago. By sometimes adapting the melodic line he sings, but almost without failing and always being convincing. I haven't seen Robert for 20 years at least. Us lucky ones are bloody old now but very lucky ones like Smiffy are still on top of their game , I'd this is anything to go by. Love from the swanky new forest in wessexshire 🙄
