Other smaller chains of grocery stores sell the same items like Massy stores, and their prices are a bit cheaper. Massy is priced that way for shopper convenience. Vegan items are expensive across the board here in the Caribbean. It's a new niche market with few options. That's why, as a vegan, I make my own items. I am a no process item kinda vegan. If you can shop abroad and send a barrel to Barbados, you will save alot of money. Most foreigners here in Trinidad do that as well as Trini's who have families abroad in the US who send them a barrel monthly or when needed.

As long as you have a high powered blender you can make your own Ice cream Que....and if you vegan you definitely wann make it caue daily definitely. Coconut Aminos is a vegan subsitute foe Soy sauce FYI. Should have the ideal soil to grow lettuce, starbwrries and garlic etc.
