Yea, the problem is that you are on switch. For some reason they updated the latest version for all the consoles with the fatal falls dlc, but the Patches before that have not yet been uploaded
I hear that for switch it should be coming right now, for other console I think it should be close as well. Usually Pc updates 2-3 weeks before every other console, but eventually everyone gets on the same updates

In the 21 Update the only new weapon is the Katana that has a quick attack and a dash attack, otherwise the only other weapon I could think you are referring to is the Barrell Launcher weapon, which came with the Barrell Of Fun Update (Free update)

I'm playing on ps4 and i don't have any of this so when this update will come for all consoles?
That's strange, the latest dlc should be up for PS4 and this update is before the Dlc, I really don't get how they manage the updates....
I have the update on Xbox One. Check to see if there is an update available in the store if one hasn't installed already.
