    i really don't get the Kuminga hype...dude is a solid role player...why the fk try to overhype him...now he thinks he worth 50M a year? ffs Warriors fans are the most dumb fan base

      Not all fans are so hyped about JK here.

    I really don’t get the Kuminga hate.. why are we expecting him to become Jokic to get his money?? We want him to learn to passing, rebounding, etc. we don’t do this for any other player on our roster. Do we want Curry to get better at defense??No we just pay him because he’s a ScORER! Let JK be a SCORER like Harden. Morant and any other star! We need scoring. Stop the Kerr type hate. I don’t know what his problem is with JK. I’ll be glad when Kerr is gone so JK can actual become what his meant to become. Him and Ja Morant have the same skill set. Morant is just marketed by the league, the Grizzlies and Nike.

    • @ninerempire3398
      @ninerempire3398 Месяц назад

      My issue is that he has the physical ability and athleticism to become elite defensively and as a rebounder. And he hasn’t shown that yet. He doesn’t have the skill to score like a harden or morant

    • @matchabane5282
      @matchabane5282 Месяц назад +2

      The Morant comparison is insane moreover considering their size and that one is a guard and the other a forward. Ja morant dribbles better, passes better is an actual playmaker and is a more elite finisher/scorer. JK is a better and stronger defender and hopefully will become a better rebounder and finisher at the rim, and is probably faster. The only thing they have in common is they're athletic and can jump. Their games are worlds apart.
      You're arguing Jk needs to get max money but should be treated like the other players on the roster who aren't. That's irrational. Steph gets max because he's the best at what he does in the league. JK isn't top 10 in the league in anything he does.

      JK nice, but is he the 2nd best player on a Finals team??? Right now -no, but can he be....? Based on what I seen I don't think so. The way the new CBA is now, you can really only have 2 max players, so that's why this is a bad situation.

      @@ninerempire3398 I’m not sure what you’ve been watching. I’m an avid basketball fan. Morant does the same thing as JK and Morant is not a good shooter especially from 3. JK may actually have a higher 3 pt career shooting percentage if not it’s close. And when you think about how he was getting held back by Kerr the previous two seasons. That could have affected his contract.

    • @jimmyparson7221
      @jimmyparson7221 Месяц назад +1

      @@matchabane5282 Bro look at Morants numbers. He doesn’t shoot the 3 at a good percentage. He and JK are probably around the same career from 3 percentage. They both are superior athletes that play above the rim. Like I said the league just markets JA. Numbers don’t lie.

    It’s not worth paying Kuminga $40 + million a year while he develops. Plus, I don’t think he’s going to develop into a player anywhere close to Kobe. The warriors need to find or develop a new #1 in the next 4 years and it’s not Kuminga.

    I can't wait till Kuminga is off this team. He should have never been drafted to the dubs. Hopefully he gets on NY or LA soon.

    This is why the Warriors fanbase irritates me when they speak so negatively about Jordan Poole vs JK and Podz.
    Poole for two straight seasons helped the Warriors make the playoffs. Led the team in scoring that won games when Steph and Klay didn't play.
    Think back to the 2022 Christmas game against the Grizzlies. 32 points for the win while Steph sat courtside coaching.
    Or, JP'S last season on the team, Steph was injured for 26 games. Poole averaged 26ppg and 5 assists and help the team win more games then they lost WITHOUT STEPH!
    Yet Warriors fans talk about him like he did absolutely nothing and was trash.
    I love Podz and JK but does anyone really think they could win games without Steph having to play?
    I hope for those young guys sake they can lead without Steph because the fans will trash them if they can't!

    Kumingas only real elite element is his athleticism. His jump shot, ball handling, floor vision are not great.

    Is he a 4? kuminga's lack of wingspan hurts his interior D and rebounds at the 4 spot. He's 6'8" and has wingspan of 6'11" while green is 6'7" and has a 7'3" wingspan,

    This is the punishment golden state get for having Steve Kerr, not developing Kuminga year 1 year 2 and 1/2 of year 3. Then you knew what you're paying for but because he didn't take the time to develop him Now you got to either pay, which is not Kuminga fault or you pay more next year?

      But you can’t win and develop raw 18 year olds at the same time . If they focused on the raw teenagers being developed then you would’ve said steph is being wasted . There are complaints about everything if the warriors don’t win a championship every year

    • @Qjags2
      @Qjags2 Месяц назад

      @@ninerempire3398 The point is they didn't win every year and playing 2 way players is not a championship team, so they could have played the young fellas in the place of the 2 way and they probably still would have been in the same position but a better position the following year.😄

      @@Qjags2 but if JK/Moody played and inevitably made a bunch of mistakes because they were teenagers, you guys would’ve said the opposite and why is kerr playing raw teenagers . It’s lose/lose situation. Maybe they should’ve just drafted franz wagner and trey murphy who were more nba ready. I have never personally seen raw teenagers get run after winning a championship in my life. Have you?
