hi ya'll i love this thank you for sharing missing my Granny and Momma and ya'll put a warm happy felling back in my heart from Kentucky 2023 Merry Christmas Eve
Omg!!! yes!!! I like the cooked kind not smooth but its rather crumbly. its definitely not the soft mushy kind. When I put the peanut butter in at the very end it already starts to get difficult to stir, so you have to work fast to get it into your pan. I also use nestles cocoa powder in mine, but never the Hershey power because it will not work, it will ruin it. I use plain milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla…just like you all. I am so happy to finally find someone else who makes candy/ fudge the way I do. I just do not like that old soft made with chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff stuff! Hahaha. Ohhh hahaha 😂 I like it BRICKLY too! I was typing my comment as you were saying “ Brickly!” 🤣 that’s exactly what it is! Love it!! Thank ya’ll! ✨💖✨
I see that you’re using air tubes for your mom, my friends husband was on that machine as well. Her friend told her about European mistletoe, it’s a kit that she uses every day on him. He is off of his breathing machine and doing so well. It’s unbelievable. She told me that mistletoe is different in every tree that it grows in. You might wanna look it up for your mom.👍💟
From Orlando, Fl, we call this Grandma's Peanut butter Candy, we use 2/3 cup of whole mike or 2%, and instead of the Karo syrup we use log cabin , regurlar or imitation Vaniilla, we add a pinch of salt in the beginning, we fix it just like your doing, I use Peter pan Smooth peanut butter, but any kind will work, we test it by forming a ball in cold water, or if using a thermoter we let it heat to 280 degrees..
Do you know why the title says cooking with Brenda Gantt, but when I click on it, it brings me to your page here? I do love peanut butter fudge and you and your mom are sweet, but you might want to see if you can fix the "Cooking With Brenda Gantt' thing because it comes across as click bait and I'm sure you wouldn't want to trick people like that because that can sure hurt your reputation. You seem like a such a nice person and I do hope you can fix the issue so people can find you easily. Have a great day.
Look forward to the recipe, love peanut butter fudge. Thank you, for sharing your recipe. Luverne, AL

Crumbly peanut butter fudge is my favorite! Smooth peanut butter fudge disappoints me every time. I like a lot of peanut butter too!
I have a few of those hammered aluminum pots from my grandma and the lids for mine are the same as the pot. I love those pots. They are my favorite.
Love the interaction between Grandmother, Mother and Daughter!💕
