Things which makes carbs into bodyfat: 1) polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, 2) flax seed, 3) undereating, diets 4) high fat diet in long term, 5) soy, 6) very high protein diet, 7) low carb diet, 8) stress, 9) most herbs in higher quantities permanently used. 10) low potassium (lack of fruits, vegetables), 11) plastics (packaging and so on). I want to add that when carbs get converted to fat, people get also a light form of dementia. Proteins get converted into carbs and then into fat under above mentioned circumstances. Alcohol and other addictions rise from inability to use carbs or lack of carbs. If the carbs do not get converted into fats or into energy, then you get diabetes and high blood sugar. This video really helped me as I was quite confused why I’m so hungry after 8pm every night I don’t restrict during the day anymore and I eat when I’m mentally and physically hungry but when it’s at night time I’m always hungry both mentally and physically I’m so happy you made this video💕💕 I just subscribed to you thank you again ❤️❤️
Erin Hamilton aw you are so welcome! I’m really happy to hear it was helpful ☺️ The night time hunger thing is hard to accept but sounds like you are doing well- keep listening to your body and giving it what it’s asking for! 👊 And know that you are not the only one eating lots at night time! 😋 Lots of love to you xxxx
Thanks for another great vlog. Can completely understand the situation of lying in bed and saying to yourself that 'tomorrow will be different....I'll do this and this and this' but then that day goes by and you are in the same place. It is soooo fustrating. It's all about action and just eating. You should be proud of yourself and what you are achieving 😊
yes! And I wished someone had said to me that if I had the motivation to eat a brownie at 12am, then do it! For some reason I thought I could only eat at arbitrary meal and snack times so I tried to maintain my motivation until the next day, but most of the time that just does not work. You're right, it's all about taking action, and taking action ASAP. Aw thank you xxx
Jewels, I often find myself feasting after eating out with other people. I don’t have a definitive reason for this. Could be that I have had drinks, social anxiety, exhaustion, idk. Glad that I am not the only one bc I usually feel shame about it. I am so glad to have your content to watch.
You are definitely not the only one! Happens to me a LOT too. I don't know exactly why either... but the main thing is, we are listening to our bodies and giving them what they are asking for. Well done! Lots of love xxx
this was THE MOST helpful video ever. I binge watched all of your videos again after having seen them for like 10 times already since they‘re so great!! But this one‘s the best imo. I‘m one year into recovery & still have „huge feasts“ almost every night. Maybe you could give a little update on that? Only if you feel comfortable enough doing that!! It‘s so annoying that almost no one else talks about how long these hunger phases last, and how „extreme“ they could be. I‘m almost never satisfied after two PB & J sandwiches or two bowls of cereal. So yeah, I could identify A LOT with your experience! Keep up the good work!! Lots of love, you‘re an amazing human being Julia 💛💛💛
omg! awwwwww. thank you so much!!! I'm so happy that you find my vids helpful!! wow. that's so amazing to me. YES sure would be happy to give an update! You keep up the good work too, lots and lots of PB&Js and bowls of cereal- as many as you need to feel truly satisfied. Lots of love to you too
Right now at this very moment I am hungry and it's almost midnight, I do get extreme hunger at night and during the day. Though right now I don't feel like eating everything right now, I just feel like eating a snack, and I feel like having some refreshing fruit, especially pineapple! ( ˘ ³˘)♥ But idk I just always feel guilty eating at night wether how "healthy" or small it is. But I mean I guess that's the problem so I'm gonna go grab something to eat :)
YAY! Go you!! You're totally right; if you feel guilty eating something at night, then you need to eat something at night! Opposite actions. There is nothing wrong with eating at night. It's super helpful sometimes for falling asleep! Lots of love, so proud of you for taking the actions to recover xxx
Bless your HEART for doing the doughnut challenge! Yours looked absolutely delicious! My favorite as a child was a glazed doughnut. I have to admit, I’ve had a recent set back (we are talking last 2 days) into orthorexic tendencies. I completely freaked myself out about eating processed foods and now I feel stuck in a rut having to make that step to get out of here again. I withdrew from all of the challenges I had brought into my life. My eating disorder can be all over the map as in sometimes its more about restriction than food quality and sometimes its quality and restriction and sometimes it’s all quality (orthorexia). I hate that. Thankfully I meet my therapist this week. Your videos are such a source of support. I can’t tell you how much I needed this today.
Aw thank you for suggesting a doughnut! It was delicious! Ah I see, I also struggle with orthorexic tendencies sometimes. Eating disorders are so sneaky! Restriction disguised as eating 'healthy'- but it's actually just more of the same AN crap. I hope your meeting with your therapist is helpful. Good on you for recognising that you've had a little lapse- that's the first step to getting out of it! Now time to do the actions and go get a tasty glazed doughnut perhaps? :D Lots of love to you, keep fighting! xxx
this video and your channel is actually the most helpful thing I’ve ever found and exactly what I needed thank you so so so much ❤
Aw you're so sweet! I'm glad they are helpful! :) xxx

I do that too! I think it’s an anxiety release for me. I could be stuffed and still can’t wait to get home to eat.
@@joycooper4023 Interesting! Hmm sounds like this is a common thing then!
