Born here in 1971. Moved to Gurnee narea 20 minutes west for 20ish years. Moved back in 2016 for new job at the paint factory on the lakefront.. it's visible next to the south pier shots 👍 My dog and I swim daily weather permitting at Waukegan beach. In fact we were there TWICE today and there were like 3 people there both trips. Water is extremely warm still. ☮️ From over by Grand and Jackson ✌️
I was born and raised in Texas, left when I was 19 and after 7 1/2 years in Hawaii (Navy) moved to Waukegan where we lived for 37 years and finally retired to Florida in the winter of ‘21. I’m guessing that this snow came after we left cuz as we were passing through Chicago it was beginning to snow as if to say: Get Out!!!😂 Although I’m in my happy place I still have good memories of Waukegan 👍👍

I lived there and drove pace transit buses for over 20 years. Now in Orlando for 23 years. Wow how time flies!!
