Well mkleo has been getting upset repeatedly. I dont mean any disrepaect to nateru or the palu player whose name escapes me at the moment but mkleo losing to them both in one tournament is insane. No other top player has this happen to them so consistently

Also, MkLeo has a lot of experience with Lucina and was the best representative for the character during the early Smash Ultimate metagame.
I feel like a lot of people forgot that Lucina was always leo's go to against pichu players back in 2019-20. While he could've used meta knight, I honestly doubt that he's touched that character in months and he's obviously played both marth/lucina a bit more recently. So I think Lucina was the right play here but obviously Leo isn't his former self and NaetorU has been on the rise, so Leo losing here isn't really cause of character choice like a lot of people think it is

You most def have zero clue how to play this game if you think that shit doesn't matter. You're so far behind it hurts. Mkleos adjusting to the current meta. His entire gameplans was basically what modern day meta is. Now he has to do something else.
Pichu is such a hard character to hit, and combine that with the fact there are barely any top level pichus to get proper matchup experience against. And you get an insane difficult match for Leo. Don't give up Leo, you'll get there with enough practice

Leo didn't have a good time there, he was quite impatient and made many basic mistakes: overuse of high recovery, panic rolling in, aggressive without spacing. He's a top player, top players have bad time. And every match needs to be treated seriously.

MKleoからしたら持ちキャラ全部ピチューキツいし、カズヤ対策で使ってたマルスもカズヤと違ってピチューは速いから先端はほぼ当てられない。だからやむを得ず昔持ちキャラで尚且つマルスと操作感が遜色ないルキナを選んだんだと思う。カムイ、アイクを使わなかったのはそれが理由なんじゃないかな。３試合目は普通に流れ持っていけてたし、MKleoは最善を尽くしたと思う。
