how many fps at high settings? if it's below 30 make some options to medium and tell me

so, what the best setting in 1650 i5 11400H? is xess better than fsr?
From my vantage point, I think Low settings + TSR gives a maximum of 81 FPS and drops upto 76 FPS.. This would be the best settings if you wish to play with more than 60fps.
