I know a lady whose daughter looks like an angel, at the age of six she was diagnosed with schizophrenia, she tried to kill her siblings, she was in and out of care, they would have to hospitalize her. Apparently, CPS threatened to take the other siblings out of the home because she was a threat to them. Unfortunately, it ran in the mother's family. However, they were not diagnosed so young as her daughter. It was truly heartbreaking.

I have 2 sons and they are now 36&38 and I still can’t imagine what it feels like to lose a son 😢I could tell after Benjamin passed within 6 months you could see that Lisa was not recovering ❤️🩹 at all. She was trying so hard to be there and stay with her girls but once the mothers heart is broken it can’t be repaired 😢😢. RIP Lisa Marie you have your baby boy in your arms again as you father has his baby girl back. And now you can all be together no pain no pressure no lies 🐸. Benjamin was therapy for his mom lisa, because she misses and loves her Dad Elvis Presley so much, true she was very young when her Dad passed on, but she still remembers him.
I wonder what Benjamin thought about being the grandson of Elvis. I wonder if he felt any sort of pressure, being the only boy, possibly following in his footsteps. He favored him so much and you could see how much Lisa adored him. I noticed he didn't give big smiles a lot, but maybe he hated the cameras. How wonderful it would have been for Elvis to have spent those lost years with Lisa and his grandchildren. It's just so heartbreakingly sad. 😢
Some articles have said that he did feel pressured to be somewhat like his granddad. The burden was on him being the only grandson and the only one of his siblings who resembled Elvis. Those are gigantic shoes to try to fill. Some say he was tired of being compared to a man he had never met.

Any loss is difficult but to lose your child to suicide has to be crushing. I have lost 3 children...cancer, murder and accident. Not suicide. I cannot even think of that. He seems very sad in his pictures and he was in a place few of us know about. My heart hurts for the family. He is in peace now. This song makes me so sad for several reasons. My Aunt showed me this video when it first came out and she passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago. We were very close.We visited Graceland the yearbefore she passed away. Rest in paradise to Benjamin and her and the rest of the Presleys I feel so sad for Lisa. She has all my prayers and sympathy.

andrew miller Depression really isn't about your external circumstances. It is a biochemical glitch that effects the way you interpret life. Doesn't matter what you're looking at if you have on glasses that make things look distorted and ugly. Depression is the distorted lense. Not to say it is hopeless, but just to be aware that rearranging the outward circumstances isn't going to address the core issue.
Depression has nothing to do with all that, it’s a feeling of desolation and you feel like no one can understand what you feeling or what you are going thru, my granddaughter has it and it runs in our family, it’s like a continuous thought and feeling of sadness and despair and you feel alone and you lose the will to carry on and you feel like no one can understand what your going thru, it can be debilitating at times.
Sometimes there is no reason if someone is suffering from a clinical depression. It can be a chemical unbalance. I’m not diagnosing him as I don’t know him and never treated him clinically. And Though I never met Lisa Marie I feel badly for her and her family .I am a mother as well and I cannot imagine the pain she must be going through. It must be excruciating for her .

Benjamin was therapy for his mom lisa, because she misses and loves her Dad Elvis Presley so much, true she was very young when her Dad passed on, but she still remembers him.

I wonder what Benjamin thought about being the grandson of Elvis. I wonder if he felt any sort of pressure, being the only boy, possibly following in his footsteps. He favored him so much and you could see how much Lisa adored him. I noticed he didn't give big smiles a lot, but maybe he hated the cameras. How wonderful it would have been for Elvis to have spent those lost years with Lisa and his grandchildren. It's just so heartbreakingly sad. 😢
Some articles have said that he did feel pressured to be somewhat like his granddad. The burden was on him being the only grandson and the only one of his siblings who resembled Elvis. Those are gigantic shoes to try to fill. Some say he was tired of being compared to a man he had never met.
@@JoyHarrison I can imagine that he felt 'some' pressure. He might have had some major depression going on too. Lisa always seemed a little melancholy to me in her demeanor and in her music and pics. I remember the first pics I saw of Benjamin. I was blown away at how much he resembled his grandfather! I never saw any pics of him trying to look like Elvis by dying his hair black and cutting it like his. Anyway, the whole situation is SO sad. All 3 of them gone too soon.🥺

At least I am not the only one who clicked on this because of the news on Sunday. I cannot imagine the incredible sadness that Benjamin's family is going through at this time. Losing a child is the absolute worst and to know that they committed suicide makes it a million times harder...
My mind won't even go there. Losing parents, siblings and husbands hurts terribly, but as the saying goes, you're not supposed to bury your children. You birthed them, nurtured and watched them grow. It's not natural. I don't think I would last long.

Any loss is difficult but to lose your child to suicide has to be crushing. I have lost 3 children...cancer, murder and accident. Not suicide. I cannot even think of that. He seems very sad in his pictures and he was in a place few of us know about. My heart hurts for the family. He is in peace now. Thoughts and prayers to family as they are left with the pain he could not live with.

gosh, like lisa marie he has elvis' beautiful eyes. when i first saw this, it took my breath away, lisa has such a lovely voice, put it this way Elvis definitely lives on in his family too. I'm sure he is smiling down full of pride for his family xxxxx

This song makes me so sad for several reasons. My Aunt showed me this video when it first came out and she passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago. We were very close.We visited Graceland the yearbefore she passed away. Rest in paradise to Benjamin and her and the rest of the Presleys I feel so sad for Lisa. She has all my prayers and sympathy.

Why would this young man have had depression ? He had a loving mother and Grandmother , a sweet lovely slightly older sister and two gorgeous twin younger sisters . He has lived a life of affluence , needed and wanted for nothing and was born into musical royalty . Tons of friends by the look of his life as well . I just dont get it . He had everything going for him , ans yet he always looked so sad . He was surrounded by a loving family who adored him . Why ... why ...why ...? What could possibly have plagued his mind and his spirit to the point of such despair that he takes his own life ?... Strange indeed . My heart goes out to his mother and the rest of his family . andrew miller Depression really isn't about your external circumstances. It is a biochemical glitch that effects the way you interpret life. Doesn't matter what you're looking at if you have on glasses that make things look distorted and ugly. Depression is the distorted lense. Not to say it is hopeless, but just to be aware that rearranging the outward circumstances isn't going to address the core issue.
Depression has nothing to do with all that, it’s a feeling of desolation and you feel like no one can understand what you feeling or what you are going thru, my granddaughter has it and it runs in our family, it’s like a continuous thought and feeling of sadness and despair and you feel alone and you lose the will to carry on and you feel like no one can understand what your going thru, it can be debilitating at times.
Money does not make one happy..
Sometimes there is no reason if someone is suffering from a clinical depression. It can be a chemical unbalance. I’m not diagnosing him as I don’t know him and never treated him clinically. And Though I never met Lisa Marie I feel badly for her and her family .I am a mother as well and I cannot imagine the pain she must be going through. It must be excruciating for her .

Suicide is something one never gets over...and if its your child you were that close with I just can not see how to get around that ever.
