    Talking about wine classification: saying that table wines and geographical indicated wines are of lesser quality is disingenuous to the subject. Its more about how they don’t respect the DOC rules yet there are many wines that are still very good that are declassified for their own reasons. Although most tables wines are mass produced, it’s more important to learn it from hierarchy of classification

      Excellent point and you’re quite right, it was an oversimplification. Locating the conversation around DOC and complexity might’ve been a better starting point! Thanks very much for bringing this up

    How u Open this Wine

    • @QuinceStudios
      @QuinceStudios  Год назад +1

      You can use a corkscrew! After removing the foil, insert the screw into the center of the cork, twist it into the cork a few times, then pull it out slowly (may need to move back and forth while pulling for additional leverage)
      And friendly reminder to aerate before drinking for best results*

      @@QuinceStudios Thanks. I figured it out the bottle top opening seemed small from the cork screw thingy Plus I switched from drinking beer to Wine and still new. I learned one thing. Never to Drink American Wine since they ad a chemical here in the US. That Banned in Europe
      I only drink French, Italy, Spain Argentina wines. etc.

    And, what difference does it make? The top sommeliers can’t pick out a cheap wine from an expensive one. It’s been proven over and over again. You are just pushing so you can hit a higher sales point. It’s just greed….

      Not true. Differentiating between cheap and expensive wine blind is one of the easiest things a pro taster does in general. You don't have to make these clear distinctions. Marketing, under and over rated wines and quality differences could all be true at the same time. Reality is complex.
