St. John's College High School Junior Daquan Davis holds the ball, waits for a ball screen as the clock ticks down from 14 seconds, takes a dribble, wicked crossover dribble causing a St. Paul VI Catholic School agitator to run away from the play, uses the ball screen, is met by a Panthers aggressor, takes 2 dribbles, puts hand on the ground, slow dribble, hop explode dribble, 2 steps, glide extends and makes the game-winning basket with 3.8 seconds left over the aggressor and a St. Paul VI Catholic High School aggressor who came to help and jumped hard for the block. Cadets defend the final 2 seconds and celebrate winning the 2022-23 Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) Championship at Bender Arena on the campus of American University.
