PT BR - Lau Patrón é publicitária, escritora e mãe do João Vicente, um menino sorridente e portador de uma síndrome raríssima auto-imune, de causa genética chamada SHUa. Uma das crises da doença provocou um AVC muito grave e João perdeu o controle do próprio corpo, mas não a alegria. Faz alguns anos que Lau criou a página Avante Leãozinho, onde divide com muitas pessoas suas reflexões sobre inclusão e seu processo de aceitação em textos esclarecedores, além de acolher outras famílias que vivem histórias parecidas. Lau vem desenvolvendo mais projetos nesse sentido, sonha alto, odeia a palavra 'inclusão' e acredita apenas na mudança que passa pelo afeto. E em um novo entendimento da diversidade como força, e não como fraqueza. 'Construiremos um mundo melhor e mais inovador quando ele for construído para abraçar todas as pessoas, como elas são'. Quase lançando seu livro de estreia, se autodenomina uma 'escritora por necessidade' e vive dizendo 'a vida é maravilhosa'. One of the disease's attacks caused a very severe stroke and João lost control of his body, but not of his joy. Lau has created the fanpage called Avante Leãozinho, in which she shares with many people her reflections on inclusion and her process of acceptance through enlightening texts, as well as welcome other families who are living similar stories. She is a dreamer, hates the word "inclusion" and believes only in the change that happens through affection. She understands diversity as a strength, not a weakness. 'We'll build a better and more innovative world when it is built to embrace all people, as they are'. Almost releasing her debut book, she calls herself a 'writer by necessity' and lives by the saying 'life is wonderful'.
