Most of the eggs before Jesko had that deep sound of a high displacement V8 but this one is so different. I am so used to that deep sounding engine note that this new V8 is breath of fresh air. Love the pops it makes and tbh, for a turbo car, the pitch is very good.
Never really liked how Koenigseggs looked, but something about the Jesko and the new Gemera really work for me. And that engine sound is so unique, can’t say I’ve ever heard anything like that; it sounds amazing.
@@fortunasp5391 They’re not ugly by any means at all, I just think they fall more into designs that look cool/awesome. For instance, I think the McLaren P1 or virtually any Pagani (or the recent Ferrari 296 GTB) is beautiful, but cars like this or the LaFerrari are cool. Obviously each opinion may be completely different, but hopefully that makes sense.
@@chrisey7210 Jesko and Regera are my favorite too. All of the other Koenigsegg models are too rectangular (from a top down view) for me. I still love them, but the newer models are just more streamlined.
@@jasonberg7644 Exactly! Like 1 to 1 used to be my fav, but then jesko came and kinda completed the look. Looking back now they do look too rectangular as u say. But then I noticed the Regera and was like "damn there is an exception" and not do mention the sound oof
The pops and bangs on deceleration sound a lot like fresh air anti lag used on rally cars. Turbosmart makes a ALS valve, I wonder if that's who Koenigsegg uses
They use their own system. There's a compressed air system in the car that is used to help spool the turbos, along with some other function that I can't remember off-hand.
@@Fez135 in a video I heard Christian say that they were developing a compressed air system to spool up the turbos originally, but ending up dropping it because the engine revved so fast that it was unnecessary.
Love it but like everything that's coming out new, the previous models sounded much more terrifying and unique. This v8 sounds really generic but louder then other V8 cars coming out now
Koenigsegg engineers are pure genius, this car can sound like a V8 F1 car from the 70s when reviving up to 9,000 rpm. Imagine a twin turbo car sounding like an F1 car
Unfortunately, it does not sound like Koenigsegg usually does. Prefers the deep bass sound that its predecessors have. And cracks and bangs, unfortunately, just sound ridiculous
That sound of the engine 🫠🫨🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
Even TTRS sounds better
No
hahahha ttrs for girls gayboy@@Matriarchy_Feminism
Since the jesko, i like the design of the car. More streamlined, more aggresive. Better proportions

Nothing special
Would love to play with that rev happy engine 🤤
This engine has no flywheel that's why it revs super instantaneously!
The sound 😩🔱
Lamborghini SC63, McLaren P1, Jesko and CC850 have the best sounding twin turbo flat plane V8s in the 21st century
I want to hear those v8 speakers and I want to see those huge flames
that sound is so fucking insane 😮
Finally a jesko vid🎉
Dream car brand for me! 💝

Have you seen the One:1? It’s the most beautiful car in my opinion.

Jesko and Regera is my fav. Seems like the 2 most completed Koenigseggs. +Gemera is something else

Non vedo l'ora di scoprire i tuoi prossimi video!✌️
Bruh why did you copy the comment directly under you word for word 🤦🏽♂️
Revs like a superbike, best sounding Koenigsegg (so far..).
Not saing the gemera sounds better but the V8 version sounds insane. At only 4500 rpm it sounds like a monster.
Nice vid, great quality I went to goodwood this year and it was insane. Jw what camera do you use
Wow the shifting is so fast
That cold start at the end 🥶🥵😎💦💦
Once again providing audio goodwood itself can't provide.
I dont think Koenigsegg's own vids on the Jesko captures the sound as well as your video does🤯 fuck me!!! Pure theatre🤤

I think its slamming the rev limiter lol

Anyone know when the Jesko will be attempting the speed record? It's been a couple years now since it's launch....
JESKO!
Dream car
I like this car
This car is nuts
This might overtake the Agera as my favorite car!
👏goodjob!🤟😎🚘😊 cool car.
You are a devil in hell forever
dio mio che auto!
Is it just me or does it sound identical to the Ferrari F40 Competizione?
I haven’t heard a F40 Competizione but since they use the same engine configuration they should sound similar.
F40 LM... 😉💯🛢️🔥🏁🏎️🤓

I want Koenigsegg to do an all out NA motor again
Same here, but not gonna happen :(
They’ve had an NA motor before? I thought they’ve always been supercharged (first models) or turbocharged (all future models).
@@aaronwalker1549
They had one prepared for racing, was called CCGT.
🏎️
wow the way it revs up so fast is insane it sounds like a v12 buts a v8
Fastest revving production car

those cracks and bangs is ridiculous. a bit too much.
True!
Sounds very synthetic.
Turbocharged but sound's like NA
Wait, it's not an electric car?
;-)
They want it to be light and fast
Weaponized motoring 🤯😎👊
