The most amazing thing about what Jesse says about thoughts is that this is a truth I knew as a kid before I identified with my pain, and I knew when I had forgotten it I was fading away. It was like getting lost in the woods and not knowing how to get back to home, but knowing the path I took away from it.

Your truth isn't everyone's truth. Obviously you saying something that rubs his content the wrong way. He isn't perfect himself, everyone has bias's. If it's truth let it be why do you have to prove it to someone you don't know personally?

I agree. I would add Nisagardatta, Ramana Maharishi, Alan Watts, and a few others. Jesse makes this suitable for people who have a Christian background, and does it very well.
