Are there any available homes that for one reason or another, buyers walked away? What’s included in the (naked) model? We’ve been looking for a while and waiting for some kind of correction before making the plunge! Great looking house though! Love the high ceilings.hopefully we’ll been in contact sooner than later!!
I can go over the details on what’s included on a base model if you give me a call. It’s always good to check with the builder first and make sure they haven’t made changes (which they do monthly) - as far as homes on standby. No, they don’t do that. If a buyer backs out for one reason or another, it just gets sold as an inventory home to anyone who is looking.
