Well assessed and articulated. I'm 64. I grew up as a learner, and have never stopped. I believe my teachers - most of them - were active learners as well. It's the administrators and politicians that have generally seemed to lag behind reality. That's sad, but as Will says, we can have relevant conversations about this if those who think they hold the power of decision will wake up and realize that we ALL have the power. Just look at the kids - of any age - who jump right in and use it!

We can really learn much from the younger generation (one lesson being fearlessness).

Thank you very much for your contribution! I´m quite convinced that we have to focus on the mindset.

Just saw him at the TCDSB 21Century Conference. Articulate, clear and does not posture. Inspirational.

    Will you are my hero!
This is something that i a as student really intend to bring further. My education suffers from multiple age-disfunctions wich can be solved quit easy but the most of our teachers are at there sixty's and doesn't feel the and see the oppertunities that we see!

Couldn't agree more... I work in FE and we try to give a variety of assessments for learning, but we need to include more opportunities to use technology. Change happens and the learners need to choose how they are assessed to stay engaged.

How can I incorporate leadership skills into my dream of becoming a daycare provider for children with disabilities? I want to be a servant leader for my families and the children I provide care for. Also, what technology and resources would be most beneficial to me in regards to my goals?

I have just discovered you, Mr Richardson - and it is like you are articulating the thoughts I have had for a while. Are you planning on coming to the UK soon?

Technology is very important to develop in the educational field and some educational organizations are demonstrating it, they are using it and it is giving good results because more and more students are joining in to study remotely, even more so at this time of the COVID pandemic 19. In order not to get infected, when being gathered in one place.
