Wow. The last time i saw a car nearly that dirty, it was one that had been intentionally covered in mud. . .to win a "dirtiest car" contest. The prize was two free car washes, LOL. I'm not sure it had the windshield covered though, and it DID have its license/registration plates intact on it (it needed to drive to and from the location).
Was this one part of a "dirtiest car" contest 6 years ago (title says not washed in 6 years)?

OK. . .not sure I would recommend putting soap and water on the motor (or for that matter ***ANYWHERE*** INSIDE the engine compartment (i.e. under the hood). . .then again, this one has no registration plates, so it can't really be driven on the roads anyway.
What's the fun in smearing your car and then washing it?
how in the hell is the driver of the able to see where he is going whether he is driving the car forward or backward into the cleaning area when the entire car is jam packed full of mud!! windshield is full of mud and rear window is full of mud!!!!!! how is he able to see where he is going!!!!
