Hope you're enjoying Florida and a well deserved break. A good choice of font on the sign writing and the Moonshine graphic just finishes it off nicely with those lovely boat colours. The next installment will be well worth the wait 👍
Thanks so much. We have a few days left before we travel home. It’s been great in Florida. Soon be heading home for Christmas. We are so pleased with the artwork.
Sign writing and the wiring looks fantastic, can’t wait to see more ! Enjoy your time in the sun, we are off tomorrow, will be in California & Arizona till April, just got to get out of the rain and cold ! Cheers, Nigel
Love the Logo, the electrical layup looks good. Those parasitic loads only one way to handle it. Boy to be able to go to a pub that had a roaring fire, sounds cool, wish we in the states could handle that combination.
Hi Guys. Thanks for the update snd we love the sign writing of the boat name. Professional electrical work and she needed the extra freeze dose. Have a great time away and I can assure we are not leaving as we are loving the cutout of your Moonshine. Keith & Helen.
Officially Moonshine! brilliant craftsmanship (womanship) love watching the attention to detail. Enjoy the sun you're heading for. Still sat in Salthouse dock..... CRT cancelled our passage 5 minutes before we were due to head off. Now setting off this Tuesday.
Great Progress love the your name painted on the side I’ll be waiting to see more even three months later good luck , stay safe and well enjoy your time off. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 Lots of love from Louisiana ❤️❤️❤️🎄🎄
Hi Susan, hope those tornadoes were no where ear you, absolutely awful. We still got four days to go in Florida before we head back for Christmas. Merry Christmas to you.
Great to see a fellow sparky at work, even though I’m a sparky myself I still get a bit miffed and head scratchy around 12v Great install off the bus bar, i wouldn’t have even thought to do that and probably would’ve just used link cables, great watching this channel and seeing proper workmanship .
Hey there, thanks for the great comment. I do my best and try and bring some industrial practice in where I see fit. 12v can be a bit more difficult than higher voltages as we often working to a few points to be determined good or bad. Such as charging circuits. I used to work in dairy many years ago and a lot of this packaging machines were 24v, think that put me in a good place. Of course the tech training with British Marine improved on that. Even now I get some head scratchers!
@@narrowboatmoonshine I dipped my toe into 12v with the leisure electrics on my Campervan, 2 x 90ah batteries charged via a dc-dc charger and 100w solar panel.
Love the signwriting! Is your bilge pump one of those automatic ones that runs every minute to see if there is water? They drain batteries pretty often.
Hi Bryan, I didn’t have time to delve into it, there’s a charger on there at the moment. It is an auto bilge pump and that’s what I suspect is the issue.
That was fascinating. The sign writing really sets off the external look of the boat she has done a hell of a good job!.
We have wanted the sign writing done as soon as possible. Original sign writer let us down. Glad he did now. Top job by Hannah.
