Thank you for info! I live in MN and the new houses and old ones are almost similar price! After watching your video, I think newer home would be best option to invest in!
@@CatonDelRosario my first house was in an HOA, after that experience I personally couldn't do it again. Plus having kids I like having the larger yard that I now have that you don't typically get in newer houses in HOA communities. I have 1/4 acre now and the kiddos love it
I loved making them but it was soooo tasking lol but it’s always been in the back of my mind to go back to them, who knows maybe we’ll see a return to them soon!
@@CatonDelRosario, I'm looking to purchase a home in mid year coming and definitely leaning towards an older home. No HOA!!! I've heard too many horror stories about that. Is there any new construction out there with No HOA????
@tita8202 virtually non existent at this point. Most new builders install the HOA to ensure homes keep up value and to subsidize the cost of community wide amenities.
New Build or Existing Home? What are YOU going with for your first (or next) home? 🤔

Pro for buying a used home...NO HOA!!!
Not all of them unfortunately 😅 but as someone who has an HOA I agree with this as a pro 😂

and all the Karens and Chads who comes with.
Just finished watching your Day in the Life videos and wanted to ask why you stopped making them?

@CatonDelRosario Ah no worries, thank you for answering.
I don’t even like buying used cars so there’s no way I am buying an old home lol.
lol that’s fair. I personally bought a new home but I’d be open to buying a remodeled older home for the right price
