Mam, if below five members have gathered to do an illegal thing..then which offence is attracting in ipc...we have 144 of crpc...but is their any section in ipc which is attracting against those persons who are below 5

baki joo title ma ma'am ne 141 to 145 likha ha woh joot ha.
