The Portuguese authorities are doing whats never been done before. A new approach to drug addiction that is getting brilliant results all round! The big obvious question is ‘do more people start taking them just because they are available?’- the answer is no. Please look into it. Also,even weed is being sprayed with stuff these days to make it have addictive properties. We should be able to grow at home. All electricity set ups checked every year etc etc. With this ALL the underground profits would disappear and would hopefully have a positive knock on effect. All of that illegality removed from our societies? Who wouldn’t want that right? These are big points that personally I believe indicates a system ran by our govts themselves.

Just to add, sickness/nausea due to chemotherapy is an accepted condition (got mine 3 weeks ago after my 1st cycle of chemo). I went with MaMedica and they have been great, although due to potential infection whe. I'm neutropenic i the cycle I've ended up with a THC oil... I'm hoping to have this changed after my last cycle. it's not everything I need BUT it''s a start and it's working and it's making chemo a little bit more bearable... You've done a brilliant video on what/how to approach this for new patients, well done. It's not cheap though, something people need to be aware of.
Super glad that you found your way into the medical program. Yeah be careful of the percentages, try to make sure you get a full spectrum oil. I actually have a video coming up on all oils available at my current pharmacy. So I can't speak for your pharmacy but I'll definitely be able to tell you what oils are available, and if your clinic doesn't provide that then of course you can look to find something else. Yes prices are expensive and this is why I did make a point of saying we don't have it on the NHS, and we are doing the project 2021 through drug science to help in aid of that. 💜

He was talking to a news program and said how someone convinced him to try it following treatment symptoms. Said it was the only thing that worked. And would smoke in the parking lott on the way home, said with a twinkle in his eye 🤩 RIP

The NHS will more likely prescribe cannabis derived medicines like Sativex, Epidiolex or Epidiolex rather than bud or oils as these have received licenses as "Cannabis-Based Medicinal Products".

Yeah but you must have some concept of why they are taking this stance with you mate, I am 46 years old and have smoked weed since the age of 13 I still smoke a blunt to this day but if there is one thing that I have known cannabis to do and that is exacerbate already underlying mental problems. No doctor or pharmacy in the land will prescribe you cannabis for medical use or recreational use it just won't happen because it can make existing or underlying mental problems worse, I have seen it myself. Psychosis, depression, anxiety and other mental problems have in the past been made worse for the individual it is well documented and it is well known about its not just me telling you this, this has been documented many times in people. So that's probably why mate.
A high CBD B content is good for you. It's the anti psychotic component where as THC is the psychoactive. Oddly enough cannabis doesn't make me paranoid in 25 years. I see how affects some though... You can see it in their face. Good luck and keep persevering ✨
I am in the same position as you and I wish there was a way out I was very athletic in my younger days I played a lot of rugby and loved every moment of it never ever missed practice even on days off I went to the park and practice with a small bag and some objects like rings and cones now I'm suffering which series joint pain tried to co-codamol that is just clogging me up now I'm on Nora morph it is not getting rid of the pain it's just creating more problems so I'm going to have to pull up with buying from wherever I can a more often than not you get bad stuff sprayed with some obnoxious chemical if there was a way out I will tell you good luck for the future and hope things change by the way I'm 73

The other thing I'd add about delivery, is that IPS will deliver to any address you state, it doesnt always have to be your home address. I've been at a friends for a few days and got my delivery to their house, no questions asked.

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.. That’s me! And to confuse it further there’s 13 types.. Im kEDS.. or Kyphoscoliotic Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (all my joints dislocate and I have a severely curved spine).. I also have 5 fractured vertebrae and a condition called Chiari (my cerebellum is being strangled by my own skull and is then being forced down into my spine) imagine putting an elastic band around your finger and leaving it there.. well that’s what’s happening to my brain 😕 All that stuff causes lots of other stuff too.. Bit sh!t really 😂

hey love! thank you for your comment, and I did have antidepressants once apon a time, but fucked me in the first day, so much so, I was basically fainting and feeling like I have vertigo. I never touched another one since that one and only. This was recorded on my GP profile and was used to help for my cannabis script. Hope this helps x
My wife has Relapsing Remitting MS, she smoked Cannabis as it helped, her MS Specialist told her she had to stop smoking cigarettes as it was making her MS worse. This sadly meant her no longer smoking Cannabis. We approached a GP and she was eventually told no she could not be prescribed Cannabis Oil. She was told she would only get it if she had Progressive MS. It came as a blow as smoking Cannabis helped.
Mixing tobacco with cannabis is wrong. Smoke cannabis pure, or mix it with mugwart or use a glass bong, pipe. Tobacco is no good for you. You don't need to stop smoking cannabis, you do what works for you, these specialists/professionals are programmed to tell you not to blaze, they want you to take their poison.
Hi. Great vid. Is that list exclusive then? Like, no other conditions would be accepted? I have been researching into this to try and see if i am eligble and i was under the impression there was no "set" list pe say. I have recently been registered as severely sight impaired and diagnosed with a progressive sight loss condition. One of the elements of this is something called nystagmus. It makes my eyes wobble around massively uncontollably. I have tried a couple of medications which have been of no use and caused side effects. I use cannabis and this is the only thing that helps my issue and gives me some usable vidion whilst medicated. I was going to apply on this basis. What do you think? Sorry for the essay, lol. heyyy! I say, why not give it a try!! I have a video that I need to work on with all the clinics and prices and some patient reviews included. However I do not wish to stifle you by saying wait for that video. Please apply to any clinic you can afford to. The start up consultation fee varies. They will usually ask for a summery of care records and you can obtain this from your GP. They should have a good idea of whether you will be accepted or not before making you pay a ton of money to find out no. I would suggest to apply or at least enquire by calling into my clinic Alternaleaf, as it is only £49 consultation as opposed to some that can cost over £150. Explain your situation and ask them what your likelihood of acceptance is.
So I’ve done the pre-screening for Alternaleaf but I can’t afford the assessment/interview yet. I’m such an idiot though, I’ll probably screw everything up and not get anywhere with it.

I have never been with Sapphire. I was with Zerenia and now Alternaleaf. Your GP cannot stop you access to medicine that will help you. I have never heard of this GP appointment. Usually it is a summary of care records needed to the clinic, that is all. Unless further info is needed then this can be obtained by asking for A COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS. This CANNOT be denied due to GDPR amongst other reasons.
I'm suffering from restless legs syndrome and insomnia for years, I got prescribed once some medication that I refuse to take because I believe only in natural remedies, so basically in my case I will never be able to get medical legal cannabis I guess?
Absolutely not. You just need to have in your medical records proof that you have tried 2 different medications. If you don't have the other one then go to the doctors and get yourself something prescribed, if it doesn't work (as you suspect) Go back to the doctors tell them you don't want to it doesn't work, Then call up a clinic

hi love, the GP cannot say anything when it is all done through specialists at clinics. NOT the doctors. I have no clue on your work rules but as it is medication there is definately room for argument here. The DVLA states that you must not be "impaired" while driving. May be worth pulling up the DVLA page on medical cannabis if you need it to go forward :)

It was legal at the time and it was a natural psychedelic used in africa. In hospital I was obviously treat like a drug addict having an overdose so on my medical record I think it might say something about abusing drugs. Quick question before I apply for a consultation ive been prescribed a 6 month course of antidepressants in university (2016) and therepy in the years after. As it was with the uni doctors which i registered to while at uni it doesnt seem to be shown on my home GPs records would I now not be eligible for a prescription?
It's probably best to ask the clinic that question, as they would know about how long the actual years need to be. A simple email will start that conversation though! And if I need anything else at least you know now.

i got my first prescription this week , i am with sapphire clinics and i get the reduced rate as i signed up when they first opened i just never got around to booking my apt, but each apt is £50 for me and i seen in another video you did where you explained that. im abit confused tbh as my consultant/dr basically told me i have to have thc bud and cbd bud - my prescription is 60g tripoli and 30g god bud which has no thc.. im not getting on with the bud at all and i think its bc of the profile white widow x i never get on with widow strains, how can i change this ? obviously they are closed today being the 23rd but ive asked them to contact me because going forward i cant smoke these buds... can i request specific strains ?
yes you can specifically ask. TELL THEM you are not gaining effectiveness out of this and if they do not comply you will look at other clinic options...

In all honesty, I could qualify on ADHD basis, but I would feel really bad if I left my dealer.. We are buddies, he helps me out with a bit of tick if I ever need it, he drops off, just so much more convenient doing it the old fashioned way... Not really fussed about the law, never order a criminal amount at any one time so no point going to a doctor where they will sell me weed at 2.5x the price as on the streets... If the drug war ends and my buddies can get jobs in the legal cannabis industry then I will go the legal route but while the Tories and Labour control the government, I dont want them to be my dealer... I may be a conspiracy theorist but who knows what they put in it? They can always just say "we said it was unhealthy" if anything goes wrong... Remember that vaccine they sold us as safe? Yeah, I don't trust the UK medical science at all these days, going all natural! Granted, I cant say how my dealer grows, but I'm damn sure he wont put stuff that causes young healthy people to drop of heart attacks that usually affect 60+ year olds, like they did in the vaccine... If this is your deal then you do you, but I am keeping my buddy in business out of spite against the pathetic, already lost war on drugs... Besides, no dealer ever asks for a consultation fee, or ID if you're under age and want a smoke, as I was when I first started smoking at 16... There is an array of different things you can get, You can get oils or you can get flower and they come in a difference of THC and CBD. You can get oils which have more CBD than THC and vice versa. I really do strongly recommend you look into the medical route

My wife has Relapsing Remitting MS, she smoked Cannabis as it helped, her MS Specialist told her she had to stop smoking cigarettes as it was making her MS worse. This sadly meant her no longer smoking Cannabis. We approached a GP and she was eventually told no she could not be prescribed Cannabis Oil. She was told she would only get it if she had Progressive MS. It came as a blow as smoking Cannabis helped.
You don't need cigarettes to smoke cannabis. Use a pipe or a vapouriser. Or put it in food

Mixing tobacco with cannabis is wrong. Smoke cannabis pure, or mix it with mugwart or use a glass bong, pipe. Tobacco is no good for you. You don't need to stop smoking cannabis, you do what works for you, these specialists/professionals are programmed to tell you not to blaze, they want you to take their poison.
Hi. Great vid. Is that list exclusive then? Like, no other conditions would be accepted? I have been researching into this to try and see if i am eligble and i was under the impression there was no "set" list pe say. I have recently been registered as severely sight impaired and diagnosed with a progressive sight loss condition. One of the elements of this is something called nystagmus. It makes my eyes wobble around massively uncontollably. I have tried a couple of medications which have been of no use and caused side effects. I use cannabis and this is the only thing that helps my issue and gives me some usable vidion whilst medicated. I was going to apply on this basis. What do you think? Sorry for the essay, lol. heyyy! I say, why not give it a try!! I have a video that I need to work on with all the clinics and prices and some patient reviews included. However I do not wish to stifle you by saying wait for that video. Please apply to any clinic you can afford to. The start up consultation fee varies. They will usually ask for a summery of care records and you can obtain this from your GP. They should have a good idea of whether you will be accepted or not before making you pay a ton of money to find out no. I would suggest to apply or at least enquire by calling into my clinic Alternaleaf, as it is only £49 consultation as opposed to some that can cost over £150. Explain your situation and ask them what your likelihood of acceptance is.

Kady, a friend of mine has in the past had the CHS reaction very severely, when using street weed. it would occur every couple of months. how do you think this would stand with the clinics if he were to apply for a proscription for the first time? we think he was probably using too much too often, prompted largely by the low quality hash/weed in UK.

I have never been with Sapphire. I was with Zerenia and now Alternaleaf. Your GP cannot stop you access to medicine that will help you. I have never heard of this GP appointment. Usually it is a summary of care records needed to the clinic, that is all. Unless further info is needed then this can be obtained by asking for A COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS. This CANNOT be denied due to GDPR amongst other reasons.

Absolutely not. You just need to have in your medical records proof that you have tried 2 different medications. If you don't have the other one then go to the doctors and get yourself something prescribed, if it doesn't work (as you suspect) Go back to the doctors tell them you don't want to it doesn't work, Then call up a clinic

hi love, the GP cannot say anything when it is all done through specialists at clinics. NOT the doctors. I have no clue on your work rules but as it is medication there is definately room for argument here. The DVLA states that you must not be "impaired" while driving. May be worth pulling up the DVLA page on medical cannabis if you need it to go forward :)
Hi Kady thanks for all this information. Just a quick question. I had to go to hospital once because I took a strong psychedelic I ordered off the internet trying to self medicate. It was legal at the time and it was a natural psychedelic used in africa. In hospital I was obviously treat like a drug addict having an overdose so on my medical record I think it might say something about abusing drugs. Will this count against me do you think on the assessment? Thanks.

Quick question before I apply for a consultation ive been prescribed a 6 month course of antidepressants in university (2016) and therepy in the years after. As it was with the uni doctors which i registered to while at uni it doesnt seem to be shown on my home GPs records would I now not be eligible for a prescription?
It's probably best to ask the clinic that question, as they would know about how long the actual years need to be. A simple email will start that conversation though! And if I need anything else at least you know now.

i got my first prescription this week , i am with sapphire clinics and i get the reduced rate as i signed up when they first opened i just never got around to booking my apt, but each apt is £50 for me and i seen in another video you did where you explained that.
im abit confused tbh as my consultant/dr basically told me i have to have thc bud and cbd bud - my prescription is 60g tripoli and 30g god bud which has no thc.. im not getting on with the bud at all and i think its bc of the profile white widow x i never get on with widow strains, how can i change this ? obviously they are closed today being the 23rd but ive asked them to contact me because going forward i cant smoke these buds... can i request specific strains ?
yes you can specifically ask. TELL THEM you are not gaining effectiveness out of this and if they do not comply you will look at other clinic options...

In all honesty, I could qualify on ADHD basis, but I would feel really bad if I left my dealer.. We are buddies, he helps me out with a bit of tick if I ever need it, he drops off, just so much more convenient doing it the old fashioned way... Not really fussed about the law, never order a criminal amount at any one time so no point going to a doctor where they will sell me weed at 2.5x the price as on the streets... If the drug war ends and my buddies can get jobs in the legal cannabis industry then I will go the legal route but while the Tories and Labour control the government, I dont want them to be my dealer... I may be a conspiracy theorist but who knows what they put in it? They can always just say "we said it was unhealthy" if anything goes wrong... Remember that vaccine they sold us as safe? Yeah, I don't trust the UK medical science at all these days, going all natural! Granted, I cant say how my dealer grows, but I'm damn sure he wont put stuff that causes young healthy people to drop of heart attacks that usually affect 60+ year olds, like they did in the vaccine... If this is your deal then you do you, but I am keeping my buddy in business out of spite against the pathetic, already lost war on drugs... Besides, no dealer ever asks for a consultation fee, or ID if you're under age and want a smoke, as I was when I first started smoking at 16... Christ, imagine if weed was legal and regulated, it would've sucked having to wait until I'm 21 to be able to even enter a legal weed dispensary... Yeah I totally get that side of things! I started smoking younger than 18 so of course I completely empathise with this view. However I would argue that I would get the script just to be legal but still obviously go to see your mate 😉
@KadysNewLife if I lived somewhere busy and bought large amounts then I would have my concerns, but it's easier to buy weed than takeaway thanks to the war on drugs.. Instead of having to go get my prescription, I get a delivery. My other concern is when governments control the weed, who knows what you're smoking, after the covid vaccine I have very little faith in any medicine controlled by the state. At least my mates weed won't make me keel over with a heart attack 30 years too soon... Until its entirely legal, I'll stick with the convenient form as it's cheaper, more reliable and more peace of mind knowing Chris Wittey had f*ck all to do with my smoke..

There is an array of different things you can get, You can get oils or you can get flower and they come in a difference of THC and CBD. You can get oils which have more CBD than THC and vice versa. I really do strongly recommend you look into the medical route
