  • Welcome to our video on how to smoke pork tenderloin! In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the steps to smoke the perfect pork tenderloin every time using a pellet smoker or, in my case, the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800
To start, you'll need a few key ingredients: pork tenderloin, your favorite BBQ rub, and wood chunks or pellets for smoking (if using wood chunks mixed in with charcoal. I used Apple in this video with B&B Competition Briquettes).
First, coat your pork tenderloin in the BBQ rub and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Next, fire up your Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 Grill and add the desired fuel source (Lump, or briquettes with wood chunks mixed in). You might also want to add the wood chunks to the ash bin for added flavor. We recommend using hickory or Apple or Mesquite for a bold, smoky flavor. We cooked at 225°F but you can cook up to 250 with this dish.
Once the grill is preheated and the fuel source is hot, place the pork tenderloin on the grates and close the lid. Smoke the pork for about an hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
To add some extra flavor, you can also baste the pork with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
When the pork is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. We guarantee that this smoked pork tenderloin will be a hit with your friends and family!
