      @@Maria-moria-b9y3k A suggestion. You do not have to always get up all at once. You can often get up in increments. Imagine a person suddenly plagued with anxiety attacks. One can start the day by just doing one little thing, and being on the look out for other little helpful things to do and make a habit out of it (it is supposed to take 23 consecutive days). Celebrate every little thing the best you can and make sure to write down every success... Make a book of all your small miracles (leave out all the negative out unless you learned from it. Before you know it, drop by drop, you have a much larger body of water, and eventually an even larger body of water. There is incantation, InCan'tation, and affirmation.

    I really needed to hear this, I am suffering through the pain of loss and the pain of chaos in my home. It has caused me to spiral and revert to old bad habits. I feel lost, heavy and pained. I do not know how to get through this. This helped put things into perspective and given me fuel to at least understand my pain and help myself through it. Also, thank you for the reminder that I need to heal myself first before anything else.

    Bildung up resilience by going through the pain is one of the biggest challenges to be transformed in real inner strength , including failure as well, which appears in the process by being tired and exhausted , means this doesnt exclude letting go sometimes as well in the same goal , both sides doesnt mean to give up, but accept every step of the process, with a conscious mind about your border and the life Tasks you got behind the pain to fulfill the Mission you are supposed to do, thank you very much for sharing❤☯️🔥🙏

      @@Maria-moria-b9y3k That is very difficult indeed. What I have sent you may be of help if you see that you have 2 options so far. One is going from body to mind and the other goes from head to mind. However, when in a state of anxiety, one can hardly do either. You could focus on this audio program, which is proof of you having some attention span. Not knowing your condition (variety of anxiety), I can only suggest to use the attention span you have and build on it. That is also very hard. It is not unlike learning to drive a stick-shift car, before one has made it from multiple steps to just one step; Namely, driving. On a much larger scale Anxiety has the same nature. It is my main concern as well. I could say, that anxiety can paralyze a person. So far, I only know of taking small steps and building on them. Surely medical help is needed, however that can be a rocky road as well... Should I stumble on something useful, I will send it to you.

    Master Shi Heng Yi had a profound understanding of anticipating suffering to prevent it, which was more significant than his complex ability to articulate this concept-a concept only you grasped. We use the past tense because this was written on a PC.
    @AreRisnes [...] I am reviewing the perception of this note; and I would add that preserving the vow of chastity is the only spiritual-technical capacity to clear up the causes that wander towards you, long before the suffering that in this case lacked spiritual-technical blessing (which is the blessing of the spiritual-technical sense of home/heaven from chastity). These were my words #wrote #Are #Risnes #from #the #first #world.

    The different is if you have a family with children it's different. You Master have al the freedom and more time to heal. What's your suffering may i Ask?

    • @Listen2BAware
      @Listen2BAware 10 дней назад

      If we have a family with children the first task to work to release the conditioning. The conditioning of labels and associated roles and how you're "supposed" to be because of it. Words are sounds, we put meaning into them. Our ego mind personality is the part of our mind that talks to us all day long. It's happy, sad, discontent worried etc. We react to things based off of how we perceive them. Once we are able to slow things down by breathwork (being present) and meditative practices (able to put distance from associating all thoughts as "me we will have more understanding into what he's pointing to. This world teaches us to compare & makes it seem as if there's not enough for us all. This creates jealousy, singularity, and disdain. We are a collective, as we heal self it impacts the whole. Take care.

    With all due respect to master Shi Heng Yi, someone who doesn't know anything about Buddha's teachings, might get some wrong ideas here.
    For instance, Buddha's teachings actually don't have anything to do with any kind of physical practice, that's just Shaolin's way of implementing them in that context.
    Also, "pushing through" the pain is in fact totally wrong concept if not realized correctly.
    It's not about any kind of pushing, fight, resistance. It's about calm direct acceptance of suffering / fear.
    As long as you feel that you are pushing something, that you are fighting against something etc. you're on totally wrong track that in fact perpetuates suffering.
    Because, well, suffering in it's essence is a product of mind, therefore the most important practice is in fact practicing our awareness.
