i believe what QB was trying to say is HE doesnt do 500 dmg for avg players, it only does that when you pen, avg and below avg players dont pen weak points as often, this is why they are below avg players, so changing HE to do nothing all the time, while at the same time, nerfing arty kind of messed things up, because now, all the bad players just sit in hulldown tanks and you cant really do anything about it anymore, even though they bounce 7 times, they still sit in front of hulldown tanks and throw the entire battle in the trash and lose. i'm not a QB fanboy, or a WG fan boy, i hate arty and im glad they show up less often now. some HE was totally broken, my avg dmg is only 960, my avg exp is over 600 though, and this is because i am unable to be meaningful enough in battle to change how it will end, you need to play as if you are two whole human beings, i am only able to cover myself, thus i have 48.95% win ratio, and b ecause of my low damage i cannot ever get 3 marks on most tanks (i got 2 marks on a lowe by accident and only because i ran it for 2500 battles over like 7 years time) i also will not ever get any reward tanks through missions as i cannot finish most of them. that being said, when i unlocked the type 5 my avg damage in it was nearly 2400 dmg, and since i do less then 1k dmg in all of my other tanks, doing 2400 dmg on avg means it's clearly broken

QB was roght about the HE , in match when u are tech tank like e100 or maus or just e5 conqueror when u saw a Krangv or Fvt95 hulldown on hill, HE is only way u can fuck those annoying OP tonk. Nowday i play 60tp my only option is spam gold and hope can hit fvt95 hatch. Or krangv super mini hatch.
