The real estate broker is nervous because like 99% of the contestants on The show, she's never been on television before and she's nervous and when people are nervous that do all kinds of silly things like giggle or fidget or cry or clam up or say silly things or try to make jokes because they're nervous and it's their 15 minutes of fame. And with Gene, you can tell it's not a joke because he's actually indignant about it. You can tell when contestants get under his skin.
