So sprinters rely on carbs to fuel their short term explosive sprints yet eat mostly proteins? Why is that if the proteins increase mass and therefore weight that holds them back?

Perhaps gravitational acceleration is not just limited to vertical range, horizontal range like sprinting could be benifited as well and this probably explain why it is harder for heavier sprinter to decelerate at the finishing line.

It's ok, it isn't a choice. Your nature is what you are given.

0:27 "When we multiply force(pause to think, fails to thibk) by!?... the amount of time that we spend applying that force?!... we get something caljed impulse..." - No.
    *"Impulse*
In classical mechanics, *impulse (symbolized by J or Imp) is the integral of a force, F, over the time interval, t, for which it acts.* Since force is a vector quantity, impulse is also a vector quantity."
That means you multiply the force over a given unit of time in order to increase impulse or you reduce the time taken to exeert a specific amount of force to increase impulse. *Either way; it's not the time that is being multiplied by the force nor us it ths force being multiplied by the time.*
Impulse is just rate is movement within a given unit of time. Don't let this guy's confusion become your own
