Wow I love this video. This really was what I needed to hear. My spirit told me to sit down and surrender, so today I sat my as* down and surrendering. Notifications off, detoxing from social media. It definitely uncomfortable but I’m welcoming the emotions because I’m exhausted lol. I plan to disconnect for as long as it takes but I am grateful for this video and guidance. Much gratitude to you both.
Laughter is SO helpful, I used to always say "Frasier saved my life" because in my season of deep healing from depression and loss, I was able to release energy and raise my vibration through laughter.
