I moved from KZN to The Drakenstein area 24 years ago and live very close to this place. I have never in my 24 years here experienced rain like this. It has nothing to do with the farmers, they provide jobs here, both on the farms and wineries. It is an act of mother nature and no one can be blamed for it.
