I'm coming to winnepeg to study 1 year certificate from university of Manitoba, my plan is to study, work for 6 months in any noc, apply pnp, get Pnp in 3 months, apply for PR in express entry and hopefully get invitation in next 3 months completing my 1 year work permit .
Is it a good plan? If yes, what do you suggest when my 1 year work permit will get expire while my file is in PR..

@@RehmanFarhat i am a student in Winnipeg. 1 yr is risky. for for another 6 month program or 8 month. to make your pgwp for longer than 1 yr. Anything can happen in 1 yr and if you don't get pr in 1 yr then you wont get a second chance

Following you for a while. There are some mistakes I could point out. 1st was going to India when your pgwp started. I remember you said you went to India for a vacation after studies or before shifting to halifax. Second was changing provinces. It's better to struggle and stay in same province than to have fun in Ontario and move to another province for PR. I am in Winnipeg and I can work in any job for PNP

Dont worry he will get. Trudeau government is busy taking all garbage and looser students from India and other countries. They are just filling the country and all healthcare and education system will collapse in coming years due to this high immigration rate.
I started my PR process 1 month of graduating lol . I already had a job with in 2 months before graduating in the Big 4. So i was pretty lucky and OINP was a smooth process for me.
If I have one year of experience in India,,shall I go for one year course??

But the main question arises is that, you get a work permit (pgwp) that is 1 time only after the completion of your studies . I am quite sure after completion of work permit you won't get 2nd time pgwp if you study again . Please correct me if I am wrong .

Hi. Can you confirm if someone’s work permit is expiring, can they apply for work permit extension just to keep themselves on applied status and work for some more time? Refusal or approval is an afterwards thinh. Atleast it can help someone to keep working. Is it illegal in any way? Does it have any consequences? Please reply ASAP as you always do. If I apply for extension without LMIA
will the government not question why we applied when there was no extension announced? Will that cause any problem? If I have to give a reason what reason could be given?

If I'm not wrong, we can apply for PR after 1yr work right?
To apply in express entry one need 470+ CRS points and a work experience of NOC b or above job.
@@jasmanpreetsingh2634 Correct me if i am wrong but with the AIPP programme you can apply for a PR after graduating. So even if you work in the service industry or Noc C type jobs you can be eligible for a PR.

Every province have their own rules and PNP PROGRAMS FOR PR

How much time is bought if work permit extension is received ? On what criteria they accept work permit extension
The 3 year slots seems good but if you meet up any toxic employer , you’re screwed up or faces any uncertainty the time will fly. For me to find a decent and unexploited job consumed 1 year of wk permit. Never work for desi employers they are the fine pieces of shit.
