Literally use resume worded to tailor every single resume above 85-90% and LinkedIn has me noted as top applicant for most positions I apply for. I still don’t get much back and it is a lot harder to reach out to the correct hiring manager than you think. Sounds great on paper but in reality, it’s just very few and far between. We have such a miserable application and hiring process in America

Many companies do not have any info on hiring manager or anyone in HR as they do NOT want you reaching out. Imagine thousands of applicants being allowed to message or call a hiring manager lol??? Not going to happen. That’s what’s wrong with our hiring process in our society.
