Ironhide role would be the enforcer disciplinarian. -Old guy with experience and supports old Ratchet -Warrior Mentor to Bumblebee -Keeps Bulkhead in check ensuring he doesn't Wreck too much, and Bulkhead respects him too much. -Arcee wont like Ironhide, But Ironhide would be a great mental psuedo psychiatrist and crack her loner attitude and would probably open up for her to trust the other autobots. -Iron would be flat out baby sitter for Smokescrean -Ironhide is the dependable cavalry right wing man for prime. -Ironhide would push Wheeljack to be more cooperative and a kinda team player. As Ironhide doesn't mind Jacks destructive tactics. - Magnus and Ironhide would get along quite well. And may even loosen up and be open to wreckers tactics much faster -cliffjumper would be alive

Yes! You've even introduced an interesting timeline. I would have liked to keep Smokescreen in, and wait until the season 2 finale to kill off Megatron, but still, you have an interesting theory. I would definitely play off of Optimus and Ratchet and Bumblebee's history with Ironhide, and maybe include flashback sequences (including loose adaptations of the war for Cybertron games), have Ironhide become a "cool uncle" figure to Miko, Raf and Jack, and have a rapport with Agent Fowler (as both of them are their peoples' army rangers respectively). Dreadwing becoming Megatron and Starscream's replacement after their characters' deaths is logical, and it makes sense for him to try and disband the Decepticons, too! Still, Soundwave should have been harder to kill (it should have been a team effort with Ironhide pairing up with someone like Arcee or Wheeljack or Ratchet). Plus, the finale should have Unicron revive Megatron to use as his host, and Knock Out becomes Team Prime's ninth Autobot (as Ironhide would replace Ultra Magnus from the team roster) as they work together to stop him and restore the AllSpark to Cybertron. In short, this seems like a good series of What If episodes, similar to the Captain Carter storyline from Marvel's What IF seasons 1 and 2 with overarching episodes. 8/10!!
Here are my questions: What if Jazz was in TFP? What if Elita-1 was in TFP? What if the Constructicons were in TFP? What if Jetfire was in TFP? What if Lockdown was in TFP? What if Sentinel was in TFP? What if the Dinobots were in TFP? (not the one in RID) What if Skids and Mudflap were in TFP?
The Dinobots and Jetfire would have been so Awesome. A Seeker Autobot paired with 2.0 Optimus would stred through decipticons like butter. The Dinobots would also have been a cool parallel to the Predacons if introduced more in Season three (I wish it was longer man) Basically having them at complete opposites,where the Predacons starts loyal to Megatron and Allied with the Decipticons,Only to slowly get rebilious,get betrayed and leave the cons,while the Dinobots start as not Liking the Autobots and team prime,being very hostile only to slowly grow closer to them and become Valubale allies to Team prime.

Honestly there are many autobots and decepticons that i wish they were tfp Ironhide, barricade, lockdown, jazz, blitzwing or even less known ones like strika from beast machines, thunderblast from cybertron and bludgeon from the g1 comics I just wish one day hasbro retcons RID 2015 and make a sequel to tfp that is actually good but i know that it's sadly never gonna happen

Honestly, I wouldn't scrap Smokescreen from TFP. What I'd do instead is, when Smokescreen gets introduced to us, I would make it so that he's in his own ship, going to Earth. But on the way to Earth, he meets Ironhide floating in space with his beat down ship that ran out of fuel. Smokescreen picks him up, then carry onto Earth. Meanwhile on Earth, the autobots get sent a message from Smokescreen telling them that he picked up Ironhide on the way to Earth, and to be preparaed for a rough landing as Ironhide yells in the back "Huh? What do you mean rough landing? Don't make me pop your chamber out of your chest." ending the message with a "Wait, no, Ironhide, I-..." and the episode fully starts (start the intro that is). After the intro the autobots are shocked, moreso Optimus and Ratchet than the rest and Ratchet be like "Ironhide? I thought we lost him as we battled on Cybertron! Optimus, I already have issues with Bulkhead brreaking my equipment, I don't need Ironhide to do that as well. I'm already behind on my broken equipment from last time thanks to Bulk." From the scenario I've built, you can add to it as you think it would fit my scenario.
Wow! It is my reaction to this video as there were so many changes in "TFP" only because of Ironhide that Starscream was killed by him and had never frayed nerves anymore either Autobots or Decepticons; and even Megatron at this time was killed by Optimus although Ironhide fought against Meg also before it, it is nice. And how I see basically 3rd season has never been done as Deceptiocns didn't destroy their base and Optimus wasn't needed to change his form and condition in 2.0, and the most important, Optimus really didn't sacrifice himself to fix the Cybertron with AllSpark, it shows how Ironhide's role is important here. Great "What If" video man, and it enjoys at least Ironhide stayed alive in this may the theoretic version and Universe, it is sad a bit he wasn't appeared in this show as I am sure he could be one of the coolest characters.

Jetbash (mentioned by Hot Shot in 5 into 4) returns to take revenge on the game of Cube as a whole for rejecting him. Breakdown survives Airachnid's trap.

I can't lie I was pissed to learn Ironhide was cut from the show while I have no problem with bulkhead he is one of my favorite transformers but IV known Ironhide for way longer and personally in my opinion he would have made the show better and this what if story is how I would have introduced him replacing smokescreen but that trash about starscream soundwave and Megatron is the only part that just sounds dumb because in reality there not going to kill three magar characters midway through the second season point being the story would have played out the way it did just replacing smokescreen with ironhide and Megatron starscream and soundwave would still be alive
I found this in my recommended and I got to say I didn't think there were too many Transformers what if people out there but with what you're doing with the live actions and Transformers Prime you honestly have a real good setup and system here. I'm a big what if a guy myself and I actually made a full story of Cliffjumper surviving and I plan to upload my single video of tailgate surviving this week and even though Transformers is sidelined to make room for other stuff since I look at everything and anything that I can I still have plenty and bunches of Transformers stuff for the prime show and live actions to do so if you want to check it out it is definitely something that you should look into and along with this Ironhide video got to say I'm anxious to see what you'll come up with for the future

My only problem with this entire what if ,which I completely loved, is wouldn't Megatron still be revived by Unicron. Since he still has the Dark Energon in him. Even if you argue he was destroyed in the chest Bumblebee did the same and it still happens. Like how would you fix that?

🤔After listening to Pickle Dill's Autobot Starscream story as well as recently reading the fanfiction "Air Superiority", I really want to see this particular Scenario, after a single decision that has Huge Impact of the entire Transformers Prime Story; - What if Skyquake did join the Autobots: After getting disrespected 🫨 via wing-shoved by skyquake, Instead of flying away to Soundwave, Starscream would Let his anger and pride take hold to ground him & make a threat to Skyquake; Reminding him that he is currently the new leader of the decepticons and can denounce him a traitor to the decepticon cause if he doesn't obey his orders. Skyquake pauses & begins to seething in annoyance of this so-called leader of his cause, very incensed at this Unworthy candidate. Optimus Prime taking an opportunity would address Skyquake with a choice: "That he would either join the autobots in order to stop this war or return to the decepticons under to current leadership of Starscream, meaning he does Acknowledge his status & follow him no matter what. " Skyquake awake takes a long wait to truly think of this while looking side to side Optimus and Starscream; whether to side with his enemy Or fulfill this master's dying order to annihilate the prime but under the command of an unworthy successor who so proudly announce the demise of his master... Begrudgingly he makes the decision to help the Prime only to eliminate this 'Disgrace' to the Decepticons and to reunite with his twin Dreadwing; Prime would briefly hesitate of requiring in the ally via a Vendetta yet would agree as long as Skyquake 'Honors his Word' of staying on their side plus convincing his brother to do the same. ( As well as a honorable Melee Brawl to earn respect) If you are able to make this, then I will subscribe😊
Here's a Bayverse Transformers what if suggestion from me: What if there was a mole in Cemetery Wind? Considering how the intelligence world works, with moles from different external/foreign intelligence agencies running about, like CIA, Mossad (Israel), MI6 (UK), SVR (Russia), Secret Intelligence Service (Australia), etc, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a mole in Cemetery Wind. I only imagine that happening if the CIA is under suspicion from other intelligence agents & operatives, due to not hearing anything, and not seeing any recent sightings, of any of the surviving Autobots, even Optimus Prime. So one of the spies (can be any), who's probably a former NEST operative or different individual with pro-autobot feelings, with spying on the CIA, suspecting that the they have something to do with it, especially Harold Attinger.
That is actually a really good What If, holy shit it's not bad at all I really do like it from how it sounds and I actually can make it work. I love the grounded story nothing to over the top but really good too, I will 100% credit you for this idea because it sounds amazing.
I actually don’t TFP not having Ironhide as part of the main Autobot cast, his already popular thanks to the movies and he has an established prominence in the WFC/FOC games which were part of the same continuity as TFP.

Considering how the intelligence world works, with moles from different external/foreign intelligence agencies running about, like CIA, Mossad (Israel), MI6 (UK), SVR (Russia), Secret Intelligence Service (Australia), etc, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a mole in Cemetery Wind.
I only imagine that happening if the CIA is under suspicion from other intelligence agents & operatives, due to not hearing anything, and not seeing any recent sightings, of any of the surviving Autobots, even Optimus Prime. So one of the spies (can be any), who's probably a former NEST operative or different individual with pro-autobot feelings, with spying on the CIA, suspecting that the they have something to do with it, especially Harold Attinger.
That is actually a really good What If, holy shit it's not bad at all I really do like it from how it sounds and I actually can make it work. I love the grounded story nothing to over the top but really good too, I will 100% credit you for this idea because it sounds amazing.

I actually don’t TFP not having Ironhide as part of the main Autobot cast, his already popular thanks to the movies and he has an established prominence in the WFC/FOC games which were part of the same continuity as TFP.
