There are some security staff at the bus station & some guides as well. Just ask them, they will send you to the right counter. Also, there’s an option of getting the tickets from the ticket vending machines at the corner, you can get your tickets from any machine.

hi Dipa can u help me out to know something about emigration in India as well as Malaysia like most questions asked at? sufficient fund should we carry cash or bank balance is fine for. please help me as much u can we are travailing couples .
Hey, So at New Delhi Immigration counter, they only asked me “what’s the purpose of my travel?” That’s it. However, airline staff asks you for return flight tickets & hotel bookings (pre-paid not required, confirmation number should be there). At Kuala Lumpur Immigration counter, they asked me the same: The purpose of travel & return flight tickets. I also had to show my visa, because when I visited, there was an e-visa requirement. Now Malaysia is visa-free for Indians. Also, I’ve never been asked to show cash or bank balance. But if you want, you can print your last 3 months bank statement & carry it with you to show your balance. If asked, you can say that you’ll use this account & card to make purchases & withdraw cash later. Other than this, the most commonly asked questions at any immigration counter are these: - Return flight tickets (return to home country dates) - Hotel bookings - Bank statements - Purpose of travel - Travel insurance (optional but can be useful) - Proof of relationship with your partner (IDs, marriage certificate, etc.) - Your occupation in India
It's ok, sometimes we need to learn something new... No shopping 😂😂😂 while waiting for busses... Me myself, even the smallest bus terminal, I always make sure I ll be there 15-20 minutes earlier...
The same happened to us too for the airport shuttle bus from KL sentral...we missed it by just 3 minutes too
That sucks, but lesson learned 😂
