It might be either
1. There was a establishment there (like a camp that was used during the construction of the tower)
or 2
the lights and person activity attracted them to it and made a camp there

How to easily beat a boss bokoblin, wait for a thunderstorm, a thunderstorm occurred when I was at the tower and it one shot the bokoblin

you should lure the boss monster down and use recall to kill it.

I'll kill them all With my fuses weapons, and uses them as my new weapons.

go to link’s old house in hateno village and you get a headband that makes it look like links old haircut, (it’s in his house or inside the well i dont remember)
