He uses food as a way to help encourage the heroes to get excited about cooking and taking care of themselves food-wise, and shows them how food and cooking can help create special moments for them and their loved ones. It doesn't need to be *complicated* cooking- especially since most of the heroes don't have the time or energy to be constantly cooking complicated dishes anyway. Antoni is awesome at what he does on the show, and you can tell the heroes really appreciate him and his passion for food :)

People don't understand that when you look for a job on a restaurant they usually don't give a shit about formal education. The interest is more on how willing you are to learn and when you learn it you get better than those who have a degree but weren't willing to evolve. So yeah people are giving him shit but what they are criticizing is not a part of culinary world...
I love that he keeps the recipes simple, he meets the person of focus at their level and doesn’t intimidate them with something overly complex just to show off 👌 and that avocado and grapefruit salad recipe is amazing

I completely adore this guy, he is so underrated on the show, being the quietest one out of the Fab 5. But one thing that I find very hilarious about him is that his surname "Porowski" it actually sounds like a leek in Polish, "por". And "- owski" is a common ending for Polish surnames. So basically he is kinda walking self-advertisement 😜

Cooking is so, so personal to me, it's so nice art heart-warming to see a person that really feeds others using not only skills but emotions and personality. Great job! I actually wish I could work with you at your restaurant! So little chefs nowadays think of food in such an inspiring way as you!

Update: I have now been twice (and gotten the same dish they made here both times haha), and it is super delicious! :D (Also Antoni and Tan were there the second time!! I'm ridiculously awkward so I kind of just stood there smiling and not saying anything lol, but I was definitely freaking out internally xD)
