When you get to your late 60’s, you don’t regret the time you didn’t spend at work. Work, no matter what you do, unless you’re literally saving lives, is a hollow satisfaction, that fades to nothing after a few years. 10 years after you retire, nobody remembers who you are or were. Family, friends, experiences together are all that matter.

I don’t know why, but Conan’s beard make him look like the old gypsy from the movie Thinner. I know the old man didn’t have a beard or red hair, he had long white hair. But, nonetheless, Conan’s beard makes me think of that old gypsy Robert John Burke.

It's sad that parents (both moms & dads!) feel this idiotic pressure to go see their kids suck at basketball or be in some awful play.
If I were Elizabeth's kid, I'd just be like, can I be homeschooled and just hang around set all day? And just let her live her life.

My dad was a "working dad" worked so much i only saw him on the week end. Had 2 jobs worked 15 hours a day so I could have a nice home and have nice things.
