I do have an EIN number since like 3 yrs. The problem is since I kept paying for the state to keep paying the annual fee for the company to legally stay on good standing on my bank I don't have no credit score. Studen loans,repo car, harge offs etc. Trying to absorb as much info I can. I think I read you have to open a 411 number and rent a place because either DUNS or banks are gonna investigate. Plus I think I got to remove address from home apt. I don't know how people do it and get approved even when they don't pay for physical location or business phone number. Sooo lost.

I would say yes to your questions. Although, they only start asking for bank statements when you apply for credit cards or a business loan. But try to maintain a balance of at least over $3k.

I get where they are coming from, you build business credit because being you are starting you are using some of that money to maintain it’s not really having a big profit but having a flow first.
There may have been some updates to who this card is targeting. I’m not a tech startup but got approved. However, I didn’t get credit from them just the opportunity to add my own money to the account to use and take advantage of the vendor reporting. I also have to pay back my balance daily. This option seems more like a secured credit card. After awhile, (probably when I link a business account) according to the wording when signing up I should be able to switch to monthly payments. Let me know if that helps. In my case I did have to enter my ssn but entered my ein as well. No credit check ran however.

That's an excellent question, but underwriters are not fond of "high risk" industries. And, I believe credit repair is one. Some other vendors don't really care so, it is a "hit or miss"
What I came across is that Bred seems to be for tech start ups. Another credit advisor says it can be difficult getting approved for Breckenridge because they have high standards. I was not approved for Breckenridge. My cleaning business was not what they were looking for. I am still trying to get approved for Divvy.

It is a good one to have. While it is a charge card, it helps build your business credit.

Since the Brex discontinues their product most small businesses, is there a good alternative besides Divvy ? ( With a Welcome / Sign up Bonus ) ?
Capital On Tap is a good alt, but they require PG. I believe Divvy is the best of them all, right now IMHO.

You probably was applying for the one that requires $5M in revenue per year. There a charge one available which reports to all 3 credit bureaus.

Some do, some don't. Never provide your SSN for Business credit. None of the good Net 30 require your SSN.
