Is it necessary to wear only salwar kurta in medical colleges!?
Don't want to pinpoint but don't do cardio before stretching and yoga as u directly put all your body weight onto your calf muscle without stretching good amount so always do cardio at last when u r done with all your yoga stretching and weights if and whenever...
Weird... I too do cardio exercises for 45 min before stretching.. Nothing happened to me... 🤔
@@jackyjack9660 before doing any exercise stretching is recommended cause it warms up the muscles. It can prevent u from muscle strains and tears.
