Can’t understand why this is such a big deal. Retouching photos is as old as photography. No deception was made by cleaning up minor details. In the photo, the faces weren’t even touched, so no harm.

Not that I agree with the intrusion to Kate, but where was all this protectiveness when Harry & Meghan spoke up about how the media treated them? Privacy & protection is a basic human right. I work in medicine, and if (IF) she indeed had a "tummy tuck", this surgery is serious. This surgery is not just the skin that is involved - it is the muscles underneath. It takes 6 months to 1 year to heal as it is inside the body. My friend had this surgery. You have to wear medical supports for a very long time. She had 3 children and it is not uncommon to have such surgery in the USA. People need to give her space - and be kind and wish her well. She needs her family around her right now.
