What sibal said is true, good lawyers don't become judges, because earlier once a person becomes a judge, his connect with public and private life affects, coz of getting accused of favouritism in his decision, but today they become judges because of the perks and benefits they get, plus the political patronage makes them more corrupt.

Yet some comments seem blind to this justice "Aakhoe ki Paati nikil gaye". But the case of Umar Khalid was side lined and buried under mounds of appeals for years. Comment of CJI regarding decisions of some difficult cases like Ram Mandir case , God has given direction as to how can settle the issue . How a judge can comment ignoring the provision of Constitution of India as well as law of the land. This is socking for the citizens of India. I think CJI is influenced by someone who was telling that I am not biological one.
